I was at a red light making a right turn onto Brentwood, and I stupidly entered the intersection as he was about to drive through his green light. I am new to the area and I was rushed, so it was a big error on my part! He nearly hit me but was able to safely pass and he pulled over afterwards to check on me! Anyone else would have, at minimum, flipped me off, or at worse, rammed into me! He was just the loveliest person and he really saved me...I'm so grateful for him!! I went there and was finally directed to a back corner of the junkyard behind two other junkers. It would cost $40 if I removed it; $80 if they removed it. I would be better off getting a new one. This place is a complete fraud. my sons car was towed on 12/31. they added additional charges and a lien fee. Their policy states that a lien fee will be charged "AFTER" the third day they charged us prior to the third day. we were told the price was 633 over the phone and then was told 833 when we picked car up. They also added additional fees for towing stating that they charged an hour and a half hours for tow service from Pittsburgh to Brentwood. we all know that it only takes 20 minutes to get from Pittsburgh California to Brentwood California. they blocked his car in so that he could not get it. Had to call a staff member out to come move the car. The staff member who moved the car, asked my son if he stole a radio out of his car, which was complete crap, and then refused to move his car. My son had to squeeze through and get by to actually move after being accused of stealing property. the individual continued to argue with my son causing unnecessary strife. I will be looking into the fees they charged bc it's not ok to take advantage of your customers. read more

I called to see if they had a motor and they said yes to everything I asked them about! I made sure I gave them specific info therefore I don't waste my time, I get there after driving 45min away, and this dude wastes my time for an hour saying the guys aren't here to load it up but you can pay for the motor first and when the guys come back they'll load it up for you, I say no! And wait untill they come back, guys come back and they told me there gonna go look for it and the office guy come back after 10 min and starts showing me pictures on the computer of similar motor but none of the ones I asked about on the phone! , anyways long story short dude tried selling me a 2000 motor for a 95 motor which wiring is completely different , I just left , these guys suck on everything F- from me!!!!! read more

Called about a car part and the guy said they had it. Went there and couldn't find the car after making about 10 trips around this dump. So as I was leaving the guy at the counter said come on and I'll find it. Walking around for about 10 minutes he said its here in the back just keep going and turns around and back to the office. Upon leaving he says leave a deposit and we will have it in 1 hour because i know that car is here. Nobody there speak good English and 2018 and this place is not even organized. These sick pieces of ***! stole my daughters car!! it was parked on this property as she was inside talking to them about car parts. She came out to find her car move to the other side she asked them why they moved her car. They said "it was towed" she asked why. They said they would have to ask. (how could they not know, when it happened 3 minutes ago, by them their-selves , only a couple yards away) if u ever been there you know that everything is very compacted, and all the parking is on gravel road, not able to block any access unless you were to park right behind a parked car, which didn't happen. They wouldn't give her, her belongings and said they needed her to register the car, up to date just to get her belongings out. We called the police of course and were told we would have to "take them to small claims court because it's private property. If there was a car you didn't want on your driveway, you would be able to have it towed in a minute" So if I want something someone else has, all I gotta do is invite them over take what's there's and call it mine now?? This place is terrible they gave me a fake quota for a car that I brought, if you give them a call they tell you a price then give you less than half when you arrive. Both their first and second location are trash, they don't know how to run business if their lives depended on it. This place is locally owned and I appreciate the way I was treated when I was rescued by Angle pena. I was in a bad situation because I needed a motor for a 2012 Toyota Camry . I read some of these reviews and noticed that most of them say they don't have the parts but they came through for me. . I went down there and paid for the motor and I was going to go try to borrow a truck to get it. Mr Pena got my address and in 2 hours an older man pulled up and brought me the motor. So I called and asked if they had my car model and year and the guy (hispanic) says yes. I double checked with him on the phone. Then I drive all the way there. He says the car is in the back of the lot in the middle. I walk all the way to the back. There is no car like mine. Note: This car is a very distinct looking car, and it is really easy to spot it in a yard. I walk back and tell him that it is not there. He insists that it is there and in fact they have 3 of it. He gives me directions to all three. I ask him to show me and he says he can't leave the front desk. Then the white guy shows up. He suggests I go to their other larger yard up the street as they have several of my car. The hispanic guy confirms that. So I go. There the nice lady at the front desk looks it up in the computer and says it is not in the computer but it still might be there so I should look. I look around and it is a pretty big yard. I find a guy who is working there and ask him about it. He tries looking for it, asks the fork lift guy who points him in a direction. The two of us spend some time looking for it. He finally gives up and says it is not there. I go back to the front desk. Ask the nice lady. She calls the big boss on the phone. He says they don't have it. Wondering why the guys in their smaller yard sent me on a wild goose chase I go back to the smaller yard. No one is at the front desk. I walk the yard another time looking for it and do not find it. Then I ask a guy who is working their. He is very nice and looks for a while and says definitely they do not have it. Motto of the story: Do not trust these guys if they say that they have a car. Most classes place ever. They cancel my order due to my frustration and horrible customer service. I ordered a tow last night for 8:30 am and no one comes. Then I call in and the guy has no idea about anything or what's going on, he keeps saying the guys getting gas. Langauge barrier so I'm not getting upset. I call again and then he says let me call the boss. They send a guy and he calls to confirm and then as the boss sees my frustration in Facebook he cancels my tow 3 hours later after forgetting completely about me.
