New York Peloton Studios is the place where you'll find the best customer service. From the moment you walk in and check in, the amazing service begins! The studio was spotless and extremely well organized, and everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. The lockers were spacious enough to fit our carry-on bags, which was perfect since we were heading straight to the airport afterward. They also provide shoes and towels, which was a great touch. The energy in Tunde's class was unlike anything I've experienced before. I highly recommend taking her class! Do yourself a favor and go to this studio. It will truly change the way you look at working out! Book in advance as classes fill up quickly!

This company has the worst customer service. Even their "supervisors" just ignore cases and never follow up. After having to reach out to them three times in one week for the same issue, I finally cancelled my membership today. 'Twas a good five years but if you don't value your customers

I booked a last minute trip to NYC in October 2025 (4 days in advance) and it occurred to me it would be fun to go to Peloton studios and take a live class. I looked at the schedule for the week and there was 1 Jenn Sherman class on Thursday 10/23. I was able to get on the waitlist. I got in the class a day or two in advance. This is obviously a well run deal. Everything was on time and we got to line up after class and take pics with Jenn. She's my favorite instructor! Kind of surreal to be live instead of streaming it! Lots of fun! Big nice studio and great store as well!

I've taken about a dozen live classes at this studio and have a blast every time. All of the instructors are so genuine and kind, and are happy to chat and take a photo after class. The locker rooms are nice and clean, and the experience as a whole just couldn't be more smooth. The staff there are super friendly and helpful as well.

Live Yin class with Kirra. I can't say enough positive things. I liked talking to her afterward- the first thing I said was that I felt bad for her having to talk to so many strangers. She thoughtfully expressed that she enjoyed talking to us, that's why she got into teaching - to connect with people. I did not realize there was a whole locker room - and showers. Had a lovely relaxing class- staff was attentive and friendly. Amazing!!

Came to New York specifically to take a Peloton class! The studio is beautiful and located in the Hudson Yard area. I walked from my hotel so I am unable to share parking tips at this time. I took a cycling and tread class. I was on the waitlist for both and spots opened up. FYI, even if you are an all-access member, there is a cost to take a class live, in-studio. The bathroom has showers and they provide towels, body wash, and all the things to refresh. There are plenty of lockers. They offer complementary cycle shoes for those classes. The instructors also meet with you after class for photos. Everyone was really kind, helpful, and encouraging! I enjoyed my classes there!

Had a 30min class on a Friday while in NYC. I set it up that this day was my 1,600th ride, so when I was taken off the waitlist and put into the class - why not? They make everything pretty foolproof and any nerves shouldn't come into play. They have showers and towels and let you rent shoes for the classes.

Waitlisted but arrived early and really hoping for a spot in one of the upcoming classes!

I purchased a Peloton bike in March of 2020 and I will be forever grateful as that bike and the app helped me to keep my sanity during Covid... and it still does today! I've loved taking not only the bike classes, but also yoga, bootcamp, strength, outdoor, meditation, stretching and more... So when I was recently in NY for both business and pleasure, of course I looked into taking a live class. I didn't do so in time and everything showed as "full," but I didn't give up hope. I checked back again and again and finally got waitlisted for a couple of classes. I stayed optimistic and showed up on a Monday morning with my workout clothes on and while I didn't get into my first waitlisted class (yoga with Anna), I did get into a 30 min Hip Hop Ride with Jess King and also a 30 min House Walk with Olivia! It was a super cool experience to take the classes live, see the studio and behind-the-scenes, make some new friends, and start my day with an in-person workout! I also appreciated the opportunity to get my photo taken with both Jess and Olivia after the class... Thanks to the staff for being so friendly bright and early on a Monday morning... Shoutout to Maddie for the quick tour as well. The studios are pretty immaculate and I appreciated the lockers nearby, locker room, and retail area. If you find yourself in NYC with the time to take a live class, or even just to visit the building, I encourage you to do so. Thanks Peloton!

OK, I admit it, I'm a fan , maybe even part of the cult. I've been a member since 2020. So when I'm in close proximity of possibly seeing an instructor, I'm like a child and get so excited. My son was working at One Manhattan West and I was meeting him for lunch when I spotted the Peloton Studios. The studios are so nice and one of these days I'm going figure out how I can actually get into a class. Every time I try, they're full. The security guard outside saw me taking pictures and told me I could go inside. The Staff was so nice and helpful! Loved this. There were no classes the day I dropped in but I'm in NY enough, one day I'll ride in the studio.

I was chosen to participate in a Peloton Cycling Class from Nurse.com in honor of Nurses Week! I was so excited to be a part of the class. It was my first Peloton class and I really enjoyed the experience. The instructor Hannah was very nice and she lead the class well. We were all a group of nurses from different states and it was great for us to come together and have some fun. We received a tour of the Peloton Studio which has a different studios for different classes. They provide Yoga, Cycling, Treadmill and other exercises class in the different studio rooms. They also have a cafe where you can get juices pre and post workout. There's also a store on the upper level where you can purchase Peloton gear. I'll definitely look into the Peloton membership because I really enjoyed the cycling class. Thank You Nurse.com for allowing me to be a part of this event.

I had a great experience at the Peloton Studio for a cycling class a while back. The check in staff was friendly and helped orient you to the studio. The amenities in the studio were A+ and the class was as well. Everything was smooth from sign in to taking photos with the instructors after. I definitely hope to come back.

While a stressful process to sign up for a class, with diligence and regularly checking the schedule, you have a chance of getting into a class. I had the great fortune of doing a hike with Matty and a spin class with Alex, and it was an amazing experience! The studio is extremely nice, the staff is all really helpful, and the instructors were simply amazing. If I'm in NY again, I will absolutely attempt to take a class here again. The community was great, and the energy was electric :)

I was like a kid in a candy shop, so excited to finally be at this studio for the first time to take classes. Classes for a specific week open up online 6 weeks in advance on a Thursday am. Set your alarm and be prepared on your laptop, phone, whatever you use, because once that am opens up online, classes fill up fast ! There are waiting lists as well. It's best to have created an account and prepaid $35/class. I was able to get into a Ross Rayburn yoga and Kristin McGee pilates class. You can't miss the Peloton building. Employees greet you at the door, check you in at the desk, and a wristband is given to you for the particular class you signed up for. The interior is clean, modern, and beautiful. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Lots of photo opportunities and the employees are more than happy to take them for you. The downstairs is dedicated to all studio classes and the upstairs to the lounge, locker/shower/bathrooms, and Peloton store. Personal locker rooms are available on the bottom level. Wait in line in front your studio/class and once it's time, they'll help check you in to get your points. Thereafter, pick your spot in class, a few rules to follow are read, greet/meet your instructor, and start class! The class is taped live! After class, you can take pics with the instructors. I had an absolute blast! Ross and Kristin were so awesome, warm, and personable. I will def attend again the next time I'm in NY!

Don't expect a Barry's-style bootcamp where you get to have a break every few minutes and the instructor doesn't give you much individual attention. This is a solid hour of work - running (around a track, outside, up and down stairs), jumping jacks, burpees, jumping lunges, sit-ups, free weights, planks, pull ups, etc etc etc. All muscle groups; strength, cardio, and endurance. No two workouts are the same (although you start to get used to the rhythm of them). There is a lot of partner work, and it can be a little bit competitive but also hugely supportive. As mentioned, there's an obstacle course you do at least once a class. Oh, and the instructors don't miss a thing so it's impossible to slack off. You will sweat, you will absolutely count out loud in synchronization with everyone else, you might feel like you want to throw up. However, when you're done you'll feel like you can basically do anything. Anything. If you come regularly you'll notice real changes in your body pretty quickly. I have to psych myself up a little bit before I go but it's been worth it - when I started this stuff crushed me but I'm *noticeably* stronger and fitter than I was even a couple months ago. Also don't be self conscious about your fitness level, every class has both beginners and experts. Go once and then try it again, you'll see that you've already made progress.

It's not just a few classes I come to a week to improve my fitness and strength, but I've made some friends here which I'm excited to keep in touch with. Coming back from an injury where I tore my hip labrum from powerlifting, I've been able to see the results of my recovery and improving strength. We use MINDBODY and SugarWOD to log our workouts and check the schedule each day. The coaches are all great, are very knowledgeable, and have the perfect balance of motivating you, but not so much so that you're going to hurt yourself (Ex: Steph telling me to increase my weights after seeing my breeze through the workout). They watch your form and tell you to scale down if the form needs work. Ryan also runs a lifting program which is extremely legit complete with an excel spreadsheet where he planned out each workout to optimize your strength improvement for CrossFit in addition to adding isolation exercises that can target muscle groups that might not be as commonly used during CrossFit workout. Definitely a great addition for people who love to lift. The manager, Colin and all the front desk staff, they're very responsive on the phone and will answer all your questions for memberships. If you're going on vacation, they'll pause your membership without the hassle that comes with being a part of larger gyms (like when you thought you paused your membership but ended up getting charged several months over the summer). Customer service couldn't be better, no complaints. If you're thinking of joining up, be sure to ask about a hospital Mount Sinai discount or a student discount if you're a broke graduate student or resident. Definitely worth the investment to my health and well-being!

Saw a free class on Instagram and was curious about CrossFit. Great introductory class, amazing…read morespace and community, and shout out to Alex Miller making the class so enjoyable! The intro class was very informative but also a lot of fun. Crossfit has always been intimidating to me because of all the heavy-weight lifting. Alex was able to not only explain through his own journey with CrossFit but kept it easy to understand. I learned that CrossFit is actually an individual challenge for yourself to not only perfect your techniques but push limits you didn't know you could. That is what captivated me. The class begins with a series of warm-ups and stretches. Alex stresses the importance of form to avoid injury. He gradually transitions into your every-day exercises such as squats and then introduces a PVC stick to mimic the barbells. We did use a barbell with weights for the last set. I finally learned how to do a proper deadlift with a barbell. Alex offered plenty of direction and adjustments, which is great for someone who is starting to get into weight training. For the last 15 minutes of class, he set circuit challenges that incorporate the moves we learned. EVF shares the space with RowHouse. Rowhouse is located on the first floor and EVF gym is located on the basement level. The basement level was big enough for two classes to be happening at the same time. My only complaint would be that there are only two bathrooms for both studios (both gender neutral and have showers in them). I believe they strategically schedule the classes in order to avoid both studios end class at the same time and create chaos. All in all, I would love to come back to attend an EVF 360 class and maybe another CrossFit class with Alex!

I started taking his SoulCycle classes ~10 years ago and was immediately drawn to his intensity, music, high standards, and focus on fundamentals. I've been to over 200 of his classes, mostly cycling, and his philosophy is evident: strong foundations prevent injury and lead to real progress. AARMY has evolved far beyond just him, though--every coach is exceptional, and the team is the real deal. The cycling and bootcamp classes are designed by athletes, for athletes. Bootcamp blends weight training (like Barry's) with calisthenics and yoga for flexibility, creating a well-rounded approach. The workouts are intense, and the community is dedicated--some might find it intimidating at first, but don't be afraid. Everyone is focused on their own progress, and the atmosphere is competitive in the best way. I decided to try EVF for the first time with their EVF class, which was open to everyone. The class was disorganized and overcrowded. And as people were working out, there were way too many people for her to actually monitor to make sure they are doing everything safely. The complete lack of focus on injury prevention and safety is a deal breaker for me. Instead, their focus is on making you sweat hard with weights to make you think you had a good workout - when in reality, you may not be activating the right muscles and are on your way to worsening your muscle imbalances and injuring yourself. Oh, and here are some extra fun details: -No one is EVER at the front desk. Their focus is just sales, not about anything else. -The instructors are not knowledgeable in muscle anatomy and will have you doing reps based on time rather than on evenly working both sides of your body - another recipe for injury!
