I'm glad I placed my order online ahead of time because it was pretty busy when I arrived for pickup. Overall, I'd say this place is decent, but not one of my favorites. Here's what we ordered: - Beef Mei Fun - I actually meant to order the Beef Chow Fun, but it turned out to be a happy accident. I was worried the mei fun would be dry and bland, but it had good flavor, and my kids really enjoyed it. - Beef with String Beans - I was expecting more of a dry stir-fry, but it came in a brown sauce instead. It just wasn't my preference. - Bean Curd with Garlic Sauce - I wasn't sure what to expect since there wasn't much of a description on the menu. It also came in a brown sauce, and I honestly couldn't taste much garlic, so the name was a little misleading. - Plain Chicken Wings - Definitely the standout of the meal. Crispy, flavorful, and something I'd order again. - BBQ Ribs - They were okay. Nothing particularly memorable, but not bad either. Overall, the food was solid, and the pickup process was smooth despite how busy they were. While I don't think this will become my go-to Chinese spot in Stamford, there were a few dishes that made the visit worthwhile.

General tso Chicken & shrimp broccoli are good, although the sauce taste slightly different but still very close to what you find in traditional Chinese restaurant 20 years ago. Food are fresh and very nice people. Spacious with restroom, good place to go as an alternate choice to Indian restaurant next door. Both are my favorite now.

I usually get the same things, a protein such as fish, chicken, or pork, tossed with Szechuan spices and peppers. The food is delicious, though most of the items I order taste very similar. Prices are fair, definitely worth stopping if you're in the area and enjoy spicy Chinese food.

Food is consistently good, particularly all the specialty rolls and regular sushi rolls. Sesame chicken is still best in town, only now it lacks the sauce (need to see if there is an option to ask for more). Beef and broccoli is amazing, just outright delicious. The only thing I wouldn't recommend (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is Thai food. Pad Thai is just mediocre. I got Tom Yum soup yesterday and it was insanely sour but lacked any other flavor, so I can't really recommend Thai food there. But for Japanese and Chinese portion of the menu it is definitely 5 stars and highly recommended.

My lunch experience here was overall quite enjoyable. While parking was available, it could get a bit tight due to sharing the lot with other businesses. Inside, the place looked clean, and the staff, particularly the person who took my order over the phone and handled payment, was friendly and efficient. I opted for the 1/2 chicken and white rice, with a side of fries and steamed broccoli to balance it out. The food was decent, not overly greasy or chewy, although the fried chicken was a tad dry and the broccoli wasn't as warm as I'd hoped - but I'll take the blame for that due to my delayed arrival. Despite these minor issues, I'd be willing to give it another shot, especially since I'm curious to try other dishes like their egg foo young, General Tso's chicken, pork fried rice, and chicken wings. You can order online, but even though I'm in Stamford, I'm about half a mile outside their normal delivery radius. If I want delivery, I usually have to call instead, which can be a hassle when I'm still staring at the menu trying to figure out what I want. Parking can also be challenging since you're basically working with street parking. Another tip from someone who has been here MANY times: whatever pickup time they give you, add another 10 to 15 minutes. Your food will be ready when it's ready! Inside is clean, well lit, and there's some seating available. The staff has also been mostly friendly during my visits. Now, the important part. THE FOOD. I've worked my way through quite a bit of the menu over time, including pork and chicken egg foo young, chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, pork fried rice, white rice, boneless chicken, ribs, bourbon chicken, and plenty more. Overall, the food is GOOD and, in my opinion, some of the better Chinese takeout you can get in the area. When everything is on point, it's REALLY on point. Flavorful meats, good rice, tasty sauces, and generous comfort-food portions that keep me coming back. Consistency is really the only thing holding me back from 5 stars. Depending on the day and dish, the food can sometimes be too salty, a little dry, or occasionally too chewy. But when everything lines up, this place is SOLID. Clearly those occasional misses haven't stopped me because I keep coming back. So yes, I'll continue fighting for street parking, adding an extra 15 minutes to my pickup time, and patiently waiting because when Hong Kong is having a good day, that food is worth the wait!
