Excellent Chinese fast food. Portions are huge. Prices are very fair. I highly recommend them.

"Oh Panda Bear, you can't seem to win No matter how hard you try" (Jefferson Airplane) I was visiting family in downstate Connecticut and we went the Panda Express route for lunch. Their menu is gargantuan! How about 13 appetizers, 11 soups, 8 fried rice variations, 7 chow meins, 7 lo meins, 6 mein funs, 7 pork dishes, 6 chicken dishes, 6 beef dishes, 3 sweet and sour dishes, 6 seafood dishes, 8 vegetarian dishes, 6 egg foo youngs, 12 Chef and Cantonese Specials, 6 diet dishes, and 6 combination plates. I mean seriously, you could eat here for the better part of six months and have something different every day. I had an Egg Drop Soup and Chicken with broccoli. The soup was unusually good. Sometimes the egg threads are so light and wispy, they are like eating cotton candy. Not so here. The egg threads were much thicker and substantial -actually quite good. My chicken and broccoli was a good sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, nicely cooked broccoli, a tasty brown sauce that left no pools of oil behind, and a good portion of well cooked white rice. I had zero complaints at all about my food. I'm not one of the bloggers who take off points because something isn't authentic Chinese, I grew up eating Chinese food from Jade Garden under the elevated subway on Jerome Avenue in the Bronx. I like American-Chinese food, and Panda Express sure did a great job with my lunch as far as I'm concerned.

This place is the reason why I love fast Chinese food! They have been a neighborhood staple for many years and you can tell by the lines that the food is the best for miles around. The staff is very friendly and they remember you by name even if it has been years. Consistency is the word that describes their food, it is always good and I have never had a complaint about a dish. My go to is the shrimp with broccoli with garlic sauce and their general tso chicken. When I tell you this is the best and no need to go anywhere else, believe me. This is the place!

I like the food, it is comfort food, what I grew up with. Nothing flashy but what I like.

Very good service, food was just the way I wanted and I am picky/a fickle customer. Clean atmosphere does justice as well. Thumbs up.

Called for a deliver but ended up waiting over an hour for it. By the time it gets to me it's already cold and I didn't even get an apology.

Service: Parking: Ambiance: Food: Menu: Value: Great--$$ with huge portions The menu is cleverly divided into thirds: New York-style Chinese food, Traditional Chinese food, and Japanese dishes (including an authentic sushi chef). The food was fantastic--fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. Portions were so large we had to take a ton home, which means another full meal tomorrow. Usually when I eat at a Chinese restaurant I leave a little hungry and end up grabbing dessert somewhere else--not tonight. I'm stuffed and satisfied.

Food was so-so and I think it's because of what I ordered that left me underwhelmed. It was a party of four. One ordered a speciality roll a salad and the spare rub appetizer. The salad is a green salad with ginger dressing. Standard fine. I tried one of the ribs it was fine meaty a little bland compared to others I've had. My appetizer was the yellowtail with jalapeño. - I didn't care for it. My entree was the whole crispy fish. I was looking forward to it my friend said her husband had it and loved. It came out and I was disappointed. I don't recall it saying on the menu that a sauce covered it. I wouldn't have ordered it or requested it on the side. It was a thick sweet sauce so parts of the skin took on a shellac texture. The inside flesh itself was bland so the dipping in the sauce helped but again underwhelming. Even if I had wanted it with sauce it was way to much sauce for the dish. The others in my party enjoyed their entrees I tried the Moo shoo pork which was decent. The tempura was fried perfectly not oily
