Review Date: Mar 13, 2025…read more After experiencing repeated delays with another roofing company in Forsyth and waiting nearly two months without receiving the necessary scope of work for HOA approval, I decided to move on. Total Roof exceeded my expectations with their prompt and professional service. They inspected my roof the same day I called and quickly provided three repair options via email. Within just four days, they coordinated with my HOA and secured project approval. One of the options was to convert the metal over to shingle. Since where the metal meets the shingles was where it leaked in both areas. I opted to convert it to shingles. This saved us nearly $11,000 vs replacing all the damaged metal areas. Total Roof foumd identical shingles down to the same brand, ensuring a seamless match. Their crew worked efficiently, removing the damaged sections and completing the job in a single day. They also documented the entire process with photos, showing me both the damage and the completed repair. I am highly satisfied with their workmanship and attention to detail, especially in cleaning up afterward. I highly recommend Total Roof.

A couple of days later Jaco sent Miguel Martinez out to look at our roof. He also tarped the roof for us in a spot that had allowed water to leak into the house, damaging the living room ceiling. The estimate was free. Miguel was an absolute godsend through the entire process, letting us know how to proceed with each step. Miguel came back when our insurance adjuster surveyed our roof. He was a great help in working with the adjustor to ensure all the damage was noted. Three hours later our insurance company said they would replace the entire roof and repair our living room ceiling that was also damaged. Jaco had a crew replace our roof within a couple of weeks, taking a single day to do so. A couple of weeks later another crew repaired our ceiling. That only took an hour and a half. Please note, Jaco wanted to do the work all in one day, but we had to shuffle our dogs in and out of the house. They were very understanding of that, too. "No problem." The work was outstanding. So was the customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Hope you get Miguel assigned to your project.

He found damage so we got the insurance involved and they approved a new roof and all was good to this point. A few days later they installed the roof and Ryan said if I c ould give him referrals he would give me 50 bucks for each one and if he got the job he would up it to 250 which I did . After the roof was installed I gave each member of the crew a good tip and then the crew left and me and Ryan did a final inspection and we found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and he said he would come back the next day and do it . Three weeks later he still hasn't been back with me calling him every day now he won't answer his phone. I then contacted the main office and they said they would contact him but that hasn't helped either. So once you pay them they are gone I just hope I don't need any warranty work done and as for the referrals money it's just a big lie . Just a warning if they want to do you roof slam your door you can't believe a word they say. Thanks for reading.

Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. I don't know how they applied weed control for 10 months killed the grass and weeds, but the weeds keeps coming back. I feel like they used the incorrect application on my lawn, but they will never admit to that, but the dead/missing grass speaks for itself.

In early 2023 we started noticing a proliferation of broadleaf and brought it to the attention of Artscape by speaking with Michelle on May 3, 2023. She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. Along with my complaint, I did email them copies of pictures from April 2023 up until June 27, 2023 showing the problem with the broadleaf still existed. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email. This is evidence of a business not caring about it's customers as far as I'm concerned.

Once the job was completed, the deck and porch were beautiful from the eye. After having a third-party inspector, inspect the porch and deck prior to us having the city come out and do their inspection, the inspector informed us on many many constructing errors. Diante came back out once I let him know about all of the errors, he was more concerned about who told me about these issues.Diante later sent his workers out to make the corrections, they completely removed the stairs of the front porch to construct what we assumed would be the correct way. I had inspectors look at the "start of correction" and it was still being built not up to code standard. Not one time did Mr. Deonte come on site to see what his workers were doing. Diante even subcontracted the build of our back deck to another company who just so happen a few days before I found online to remove debris from my rental property. He actually had given me a quote for my decks but I decided to go with BASH REMODELING because of his work . The other company was way cheaper ! So to know he hired someone who I had just decided I wasn't going to use was a bit awkward but I didn't make a issue of it . Diante also over ordered on supplies! There is so much wood laying around the yard that another small deck could be built! Hopefully we can get these corrections made or receive our money back so that we can have UP TO CODE WORK COMPLETED! Location; Fairburn Ga
