Great food and service amazing evryhitn nicest people really would recommend it for everyone who loves food

The manager of this restaurant is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our family has always liked the Pei Wei flavors. Don't care if it's American or whatever, it's delicious. Most importantly, it's not too salty, so you can actually taste the food. I agree with others, they serve twice as much rice as necessary, but we just took it home and used it for another meal! The Pei Wei in St Petersburg didn't last long next door to Chipotle. Poor location choice. Please come back to St Petersburg! read more

We were craving Chinese food and decided to stop by PeiWei for a quick lunch--and we were pleasantly surprised! I really appreciated that the menu had pictures of each dish, which made ordering easy. There are great options for kids, and the staff was extremely helpful, even customizing a plain chicken meal for my youngest. The staff members are always friendly and attentive, and I love that they come around to check in and see how you're enjoying your meal. I was impressed with how fresh everything was--each dish is cooked to order. I tried the Mongolian steak, and the quality of the meat was excellent. The portion was very generous, enough for leftovers the next day. We've also tried the Korean beef, firecracker shrimp, and Kung Pao chicken, and every dish has been delicious and filling. PeiWei has quickly become one of our go-to restaurants in just a few weeks! read more

We frequent this exact Pei Wei and have for many years. There aren't many restaurants in UTC/SRQ/Bradenton that we can say this about: this location is CONSISTENTLY excellent quality of the food, fast-helpful service and clean. Today, we were gifted these by the serving staff unexpectedly! This is a favorite of our little family. The food is just solid and it hits the spot. 10/10 read more

Good are very flavorful and freshly cooked i didn't realize this us also from the same company as PF chang's. Their dishes are way better than the other Chinese place, if you are in for a quick Chinese dish. I can say their foods are clean and fresh since y you get to see how they prepare and cook them. read more

The food was on par for American chinese. Great location, i was able to get groceries and quick pick up for kids. Too much rice, not enough chicken for kids meal (my kid said). read more

Yummy! Pei Wei is really good! I had the orange chicken with rice and it was awesome--sweet and crispy, just how I like it. The noodles are also really tasty. The place looks cool inside and the people were nice too. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because we had to wait a little bit to get our food, but it was worth it. I definitely want to go back again! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. The white rice was extremely hard, like it wasn't cooked properly at all. I ordered the coconut curry chicken dish, a popular dish. While the chicken itself was good, there were very few vegetables. I don't plan on coming back. read more

Since my family has fine tastes during vacation, this was a relief. I enjoy Chinese mall food, simple and gets the job done. I wouldn't order the Cream Cheese Wontons again, though. I liked the Orange chicken with the fried rice. The small gripe I have is with the "mixed veggies" that I also ordered. Although I saw specks of other veggies, the server gave me all broccoli. That's on me though, I threw out the items I wanted and waited at the cash register. read more

I had a wonderful time at Pei Wei. The food is good, the restaurant itself is nice and they have good quality! Recommended to everyone who is in the mood for Asian food! read more

I love everything here. The customization options are endless, and they are so accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions. It's a calm restaurant, where I can easily study without it being too loud. My recommendation would be the firecracker tofu with noodles read more

I absolutely loved the food at pei Wei in Lakewood Ranch! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Order off a board items you want, they bring to your table. Place clean, limited customers. Staff friendly. Food limited protein on lots of rice. Flavors ok, they use strong spices - heat , more than needed. Ordered crab Rangoon, looked good, but under cooked, very doughy. I wish this was a return, but unfortunately food issues kill this one. Still looking. read more

Food was good the restaurant had tables to sit at but we're all filthy. The manger was stingy with food. My wife ordered three kids meals and the person who was putting noodles in was approached by the manager and she said it was too much food for them and removed the food from their containers. So the managers suck butt. Your paying this much for food you would get what you paid for. So find some non stingy managers you make a lot of money selling good food. Stop jipping people in food read more

35 minute wait for 1 mongolian steak with fried rice, got caught in the rain due to the inconvenience, once asked for a refund the employee went on to explain they lost my order. I asked how long it would take was told another 7 minutes and stated it was not a problem I caused. That I would see if the person I ordered for still wanted the food, once I said that the food magically appeared. The food and I were rained out read more

So... This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great which makes me want to go back immediately. Sometimes the food is inedible causing me to stay away for months. It is sad as I do like their options of food and my child will devour his and everyone else's rice. As for service, it is more of the same issues like when it comes to the food. Some staff are kind and welcoming. While some are rude and will talk about the guests inappropriately as well as loudly. For example, my child is not a fan of sauces on his food. We always ask his orange chicken to have no sauce or sauce on the side. In one case, it was stated on the ticket but came out tossed in the sauce. No biggie, we just asked for it to be remade. A female cook huffed, puffed, and talked about how, as a mother, I was raising a child that will cause issues everywhere because of how I cater to his "stupid" requests. We did not return for some time due to this interaction. 02.02.25 read more

great service! I wish the door to outdoor seating was more convenient. Food is great! We need the restaurant back in Ohio!

I highly recommend Pei Wei Asian Kitchen to vegetarians and vegans! You can get any of their entrees made with tofu instead of meat. As a vegetarian myself, I thought that was awesome. I got the tofu teriyaki and considering this is a fast casual restaurant, it was pretty good! I did not like the veggie spring roll, though. The service was fast and the food came quickly. You order at the front and they bring it to your table within a few minutes. This was perfect because we all arrived hungry. It's not a gourmet restaurant, but the food is pretty decent and it doesn't break the bank. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to a friend. read more

Always enjoy coming here. Food is super fresh. And served quickly. try the Mongolian beef. It is delicious.

All of the chicken had a wait time until it was ready. The workers were rude and barely spoke english. The ice machine sprayed ice everywhere but in my fucking cup. Never coming back here. read more

I thought it would be better since some of it was not scooped out of big vats, but was made a la carte. It tasted the same as the scoop joints. The fried rice was a 2 dollar up charge, which was bold of them, since it was tasteless glop. So far chinese down here is tough sledding. We are used to non chain sit down places from up north. Down here most places are long narrow slivers in strip malls with names like " Number 1 Chinese", and they all suque. This place is just a mediocre chain. read more

Quick accurate service, good food and fairly reasonable prices. Convenient location, too.

It had been a while since I had been to Pei Wei and my first time visiting this location. The menu was EXTREMELY limited- they were out of a lot of items. The person I was with specifically wanted some kind of chicken and they don't even have it on the menu it anymore. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was empty; there was only one other couple eating there. We found a table in the back and it was still dirty and needed to be wiped off. It was fine for lunch and us traveling through the area, but not nearly as good as I have had in the past at other locations. read more

Headed south today so I figured I would try a new place. This was my first time here and I have to say I am impressed. The cashier was very friendly and didn't say "Everything is Super here" when I asked. He gave me reccomendations. When I asked for spicy dishes he knew those too. I picked Orange Chicken and he said they could make it aittke spicier, awesome. What I really liked is that they had a salad option instead of rice at no additional cost. You can also add stir fried cauliflower rice, sounds yummy, for an upcharge. I sat outside, it was very cold inside, and the deck is very quaint. The deck is also pet friendly. The server found me by my table number pretty quickly after I ordered. The Orange Chicken was very good, not too much breading, and a little kick. The salad was fresh and I was happy. I squeezed the juice from the warm orange slices onto my salad! For $9.89 out the door, and I'll be back. read more

This restaurant used to be under P.F Changs and it was really good. We walked in the restaurant on Tuesday at dinner time and there was 3 customers. We should have understood that it was a sign of poor quality then. We ordered a grilled bourbon chicken which was more rice than chicken and the teriyaki chicken was the same with little amount of vegetables. Each dish is 11.79 and $3 for fried rice. It is outrageous for the quality of food. We won't go ever again and rather buy Asian food a Panda Express. read more

Love the Pad Tai And as cheap as Chipotle! Great for take out or delivery when you need good quality dinner food on the go.

Amazing food for a vegetarian/vegan. Manager and cooks were very helpful!!! I ordered through the app.

Quick and tasty lunch. They have new healthier options. Fast and clean. I would come again.

Food tastes good at least. Very dirty restaurant food and dirty dishes all over the restaurant, silverware that is out for use is covered is dirty, drunk people passed outside surrounded by open alcohol containers on their outside patio, restaurant ground all sticky and dirty read more

They delivered quickly. The menu offers plenty of choices. The 2.5 star review is about right, but I am feeling generous today. The steamed chicken dumplings were good. Best part of the meal. The chicken curry was extremely salty and the ratio of rice-to-not rice was disappointing. Probably why it all goes i to one dish, instead of the rice in a separate container. The Spicy General Tso's Chicken was too hot, lacked chicken, lacked white meat and once again, the ratio of rice-to-not rice was disappointing. On the bright side, you can order hot mustard, chopsticks and other stuff for free. Go to Dim Sum King instead. read more

Awful. Admittedly it's been a few years since my last visit. But what happened to the quality? Sticky, gooey, overly sweet sauces. A few measly over cooked shrimp. Sugar pea pods were so stringy they couldn't be eaten. Warmed up microwave dinners have more substance and better taste. Maybe not, but you get my point when dropping $40+ on very sub par takeout. There are many better options out there. In conclusion, Pei Wei needs to pay better attention to what made them popular and presumably successful a few years ago. Until then, not recommended. read more

Not the same. We used to eat here years ago when it first opened so we decided to give it a try again. The ambiance is terrible now and it's filthy in the restaurant. They got my order wrong and the quality of food was very low. We won't ever come back. read more
