I really shouldn't give this place even 1 star. Terrible customer service. They are a busy store so they don't care if you wanna buy something or have questions about your hobbies. I'm learning the skill of flying toys but won't get any advice or help at this store. It's just no we don't have that and then they turn their back on you. I've only been in there once and will never go back again I recommend sucking it up and order parts online and wait. It sucks cause it would be nice to get the parts I need right now so I can have fun with my devices but if that's the kinda customer service I'm going to get then I'll wait or drive in to down town LA from now on. This place is a waist of time with no sales or customer service skills. Don't bother. plus their prices are high. I don't mind paying if I get customer service. read more

Love this place. Bound to have what your looking for and maybe something you did t know you needed

I bought my first RC car ever yesterday. The guy who helped me was super helpful. He spent an hour explaining and showing me everything I needed to know to get started. He needed to take his lunch yet still didn't rush me. I can't wait to hit the track out back. Looks pretty cool. read more

As a young kid growing up who had an interest in collecting Warhammer sets. This place had by far the best prices and selection. Seeing as I am older and have grown out of that phase, I recently went back to visit and wow was I surprised at the customer service this place has... Especially the guy working in the back where the Warhammer section is. Completely rude and ignorant. Obviously new people have come in but they treated me as if I was there to put them out of business. If there was another big hobby store around I would go there instead. Unfortunately hobby stores are becoming extinct and this is the only one around with such a huge selection. read more

I love the RPG/modeling side of the store. They are all very helpful and easy to approach. 5 stars there, easy. The R/C side seems to have everything you need as long as your not into quads/drones. There you will find only the most expensive brands and even that is very limited. I've gone several times to find something quad related and have been horribly disappointed every time by the grumpy old man's obvious and immediate irritation at my asking for something that they will likely never have the foresight to carry. I hope he discovers the Internet in his lifetime. The rest of the R/C crew has been very easy to deal with. Even when they don't have what I'm asking for. read more

This is a great place! You could be in that place forever just looking at all the cool stuff in there. A very nice and helpful African American gentleman helped us pick out a very nice and reasonably priced starter RC plane for my brother. There was also a nice gentlemen also in the RC section that taught him some basics on flying. They also have a wide selection of scaled down battle sences and rubber band guns and many more cool things. Sadly, they didn't have any coin collecting supplies. :( the only thing. That ticked me off was that I felt like a different man thought I was trying to steal something and took it to the counter for me. But overall, great place. read more

My husband and I hosted a 11th birthday party for our son tonight and 25 of his friends. Arron was our mechanic tonight. He kept all the kids and cars on the track at all times. He worked fast and the kids loved learning from him. The boys were having so much fun they didn't want to stop long enough to have pizza. We didn't even get to sing happy birthday and have cake. The boys really had so much fun they didn't want to give those cars a break. I would 100% recommend a birthday party here. I did ask that if the guest did have traxxas cars to bring them because they only have 10 cars it worked out perfectly with the ones we got with the party and those kids who had them. Everyone drove cars at the same time. Even some of the dads brought their cars.. Great job Arron thank you for keeping the boys happy. Ps if you do have a private party make sure you have some dads to run the track to pick up crashed cars. You won't regret having your party here. read more

This hobbie shop is very extensive, airplane models, many different scale sizes of train sets. Crafting toolsets, toys, serious RC vehicles. Friendly staff to help you with your crafting & hobbie needs. I highly recommend checking prices at Hobby lobby just down the street in Upland. Pegasus is probably the better buy. read more

Omg when hubby was is his car stage man o man were were here 2-3x a week!!!!! Very family oriented loved this place it's a gown persons toy store at least for me it was!! Love coming here!!!! read more

A local institution for geeky hobbies skewing male. Can't beat the inventory. But not a play space. ( For play space near by Game logy is better for games and Revelation Raceway for RC cars). Very accommodating of my toddler son's urge to try out the floor models. read more

Been going to Pegasus for over 10 years. The gaming staff is helpful and hilarious. This place is so big that I've never had a problem finding what I was looking for or at least a suitable replacement or suggestion from the staff. Everybody will help you even if you wander into a different department. Great place to bring kids and show them a world other than video games exists. read more

If you enjoy building models, RC's, and etc then this is the place for you. The staff there are relatively quiet, but they are there if you have any specific questions read more

This store has a variety of things which is good, the quality is a little questionable though. Pricing on a few things is over priced in my opinion. Bought a small remote control car in a plastic soda can, the car is literally the size of a debit card, I paid 20 bucks cause I thought it was kinda cool, but then get home and button to go backwards doesn't work. They should change prices based on quality. But like a side, wide variety. read more

My son wanted a "big kid" RC truck for his birthday like his brother, so I decided to go in and ask some questions about the newest cars and what would be the most durable. The store is cool and they have a a little RC car track in the back however the ENTIRE staff was rude. The blonde lady at the front counter made an off handed rude statement to me as I walked past her and made my way to the RC area. They guy standing behind the counter in this are seemed to be bothered by me asking for help. Mind you I was the ONLY one in the whole department. I asked my questions and it felt like I had to pull the answers out of him. I would ask him the price of a truck he would tell me about and he would say " umm... I'm not sure, just look at the boxes over there it has the prices" well let me just tell you that ALL of the inventory is stacked on top of each other and there is a TINY little green sticker on some of the boxes with the price. It's a mission just to find the stickers. Once I found some of the prices i was looking for, I found that they were about $40 higher then anywhere else. I love to support local business and if they actually had quality customer service I would of just paid it, however I asked if they matched local competitors prices and was told no.... So I decided to go elsewhere. I googled near by hobby shops while I was sitting in my truck and found a place called revelation raceway a few miles away. I gave them a call and their price was $289, Pegasus was $349 for the same truck. Crappy service and high prices, they guys at revelation care about the RC hobby and it shows. read more

Wow this place is huge! They have every rc product on display and you can hold the car and really get an idea of how fun it would be to own and drive! read more

Great place to go for all of your R/C needs. Absolutely everything from out of the box and ready to go to fixer-ups and build your own custom jobs. They also have a fairly decent gaming and D&D section, with a wide selection of miniatures and a full range of dice sets. It's the kind of place you can go and wander up and down the stacks to kill an hour or two, or just grab a passing salesperson and get what you need and get out. read more

1st time coming here my son wanted a Traxxas. Shawn helped us out and gave us the info we needed.

I have been going to Pegasus Hobbies since I was five years old. I am now 33 years old. Let's face it Pegasus Hobbies has everything. In all the years I've been going there I have never had a problem with customer service. The prices are a little bit high but I think that's fair considering it is a one-stop shop. The convenience of having everything under one roof is awesome!!! I almost never complain about a business especially when it comes to employees as I understand we all have bad days. However I did have one employee at Pegasus Hobbies talk negatively about a competitor and I think that is incredibly unprofessional. I work for another hobby store and I always recommend customers to Pegasus Hobbies when I cannot fulfill their needs after all customer service is all about making the customer happy even if that means recommending another great source for their needs. read more

Everytime I go in to get what I need they are out of stock. Its hard to find an associate to help and when you do they aren't knowledgeable. They are way over priced. Over all the place is unfriendly.... read more

Today I went in with my 8 year son n family.. He grabbed a p.o.s toy that cost about $2.00 how kids gets excited he ran pass the register where I was standing waiting to pay for his toy because he wanted to see the toy in the glass windows to pick something else but the rude old ass bitter old lady at the cash register rudely said well is he can even pay as if he was trying to steal at this point I'm already irritated and over this old hag assuming an eight-year-old sweet boy would actually steal is just disgusting to me especially that I was standing there to get ready to pay it wasn't like I was leaving with him... because she was so rude I told her for your rudeness I'm not going to buy anything here anymore and she was like that's fine you should know that you don't go past this register never once did I ever see a sign that says you cannot go past the register especially since there's toys there in the window that you can buy coming in I told that b!+@[ off rude ass I would never go there ever again.... overpriced toys with racist trashy bitter old hags.. read more

I admire being able to have a business and keep it open but i find about half the staff old and unwilling to make me, the customer, feel welcomed. I cannot emphasize the elderly gentleman in the airplane department who sometimes has completely ignored me and other times lacked the luster to smile or willingness to help. I come from far to shop for drones and parts. Although you are a RC hobby shop with many elements, your drone components and tiny drones are priced liked paper weights. Now i was able to get the best service nice black gentleman, whom i 4get his name. Here is a man with customer service, sales initiative and willing to help educate his customers. I went in with questions, he helped me (bcuz the other elderly man in airplanes) when other would not. The growing sport is under strict FAA regulations until they figure out how to control the growth and risks. I would hope my regional hobby stores would support an untapped market more and with economical pricing on up to date drone technology. read more

I enjoy going to this place. I buy all of my stuff for my RC cars there, they will even match internet prices if it's from one of their distributors. Things may be a little higher priced at times than Amazon, but you get experience and advice with your purchase-- it's worth it for a novice like myself. Go in, chat with them a bit, be respectful and you will get good service and a bit of a hook up every once in a while. read more

Amazing selection of hobby goods. Trains, planes, model kits and toys. Great customer service and knowledge to help you sharpen your skills.

My husband bought a book there. When I checked it out I found out that they charge over $20 more than all the other stores carrying it. I was so disappointed. I understand they are a small mom and pop type place seriously that was a rip off. My family and I will not be going here again. read more

Toys for big boys. As a youth I always wanted a RC car but never had the devotion or the money. Now as an adult, I use the term loosely, I have both. Enter Pegasus. I now own a kcik ass basher. This is the place to buy a good car at a great price, not to mention all of the accesories they carry. Multiple trips and a lot of money spent there and it keeps getting funner. My little fountain of youth. My review of the track is for another forum, but check them out on youtube. read more

This huge store covers all your hobby needs. I go there for the RPG supplies and they also have a great a consignment area that has pre-painted and not pre-painted mini's. They have a huge selection of warhammer and other supplies and make sure to talk with James (I call him the RPH guru) as he is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of dice, games, minis, paints, books, and gaming supplies all under one roof. The owner is great too! The only drawback is this the only store and its in Montclair. IT IS worth the drive... read more

I'm only giving them a star because you have to at least give one. But as many times as I have been here for questions and or concerns the customer service with the techs in the back have been very bad. I only go here cuz it's so close to home but honestly They make my visit very unpleasant with the attitude. People go there and spend hundreds or thousands of dollars and yet they treat there customers badly. read more
