It was rich in flavor and it was served with a nice big slice of bread. The grilled cheese was very gooey and delicious! It was packed with tons of cheese and it was literally oozing out with cheese because it had so much. We enjoyed dipping our breads into the soup and soaking up the yummy soup. Each bite was perfection! We ordered at the counter and the nice waitress brought over our food to our table. The coffee was also very good and it paired very well with our yummy lunch. Out of the three, the green tea red bean cheesecake was my least favorite. I usually like green tea desserts but I thought the green tea red bean cheesecake had a hard texture. Now it's quite underwhelming. The apricot croissant is now some smaller glorified danish that has no richness or personality. The plain croissant is quite "bready" now, whereas it used to be light and buttery. I have a sneaking suspicion that they have a different croissant supplier now. What saved this spot from a lower grade is that the pain au raisin and chausson aux pommes are passable. Also a save is that they still offer various French products, from soaps to cheeses to canned goods. I have to find a new French bakery in the area.
