Two excellent experiences with Gill's Point S on E. Colfax, Denver Co. Most recently, I brought in four tires that I had researched and purchased online. Vincent Richmond was excellent to work with. There was no hassle about bringing customer-supplied tires, and the team had all four professionally mounted, balanced, and installed in less than an hour. What brought me back was an equally good experience the week before, when I brought another vehicle in for a tire repair. They were accommodating, professional, and easy to work with then as well. I appreciate having a local shop that allows customers to research and select the products they want while providing the professional installation and service to complete the job correctly. This is gonna sound weird - but I love going to this place. I bought my last set of tires here, and have also come here twice for patches from slow leaks after running over a screw and a bit of metal. These guys are so friendly, professional, efficient and diligent. Even without an appointment, I'm in and out in less than an hour. Because I bought my tires here, they've fixed small leaks twice and I haven't had to pay a thing! The only tire place I will ever be going to in this area! The guys here are very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and kind! Women, I know dealing with anything car related can be stressful especially if you're alone, because it's hard to know who to trust, or what to believe but every time I've been here I've felt comfortable and welcome. They have explained everything to me, taught me about tires and what to look for, explained their process of getting new tires in, and even showed me how they change them when I asked. I ask way too many questions , but they've always been answered with kindness and enthusiasm that made me feel heard and appreciated. (Thank you guys!) They took care of me right away repairing a tire when I drove over a nail, and have been transparent and fast and very communicative when I've got new tires here. I don't know how their prices compare to other places but they seem comparable and even if they were a bit higher I would come here anyway for the friendly service and conversation. They have remembered me and my vehicle when I call and have questions and genuinely care about the safety of their patrons. I am unfortunately moving out of state and am disappointed to not have this awesome friendly neighborhood tire place near me anymore, but I encourage anyone who needs help with anything tire related whether that be a quick patch, some air for your tire, or new tires to come here. read more

I bought my snow tires from Vince and I've been coming back for three years to get them swapped on and off with the seasons. The service at Peerless is perfect- everything you need and nothing you don't. They do tend to be busy around lunchtime (and other peak hours I would think!) so try to go at off hours and they will get you taken care of in no time 'flat'. Headed to Peerless after getting a flat tire running over god knows what on Colfax. Ended up needing a new wheel and tire. Vince was extremely friendly, helpful, explained everything to me clearly. They ordered the replacement parts and a week later, had my car back to normal. They were able to accommodate me quickly, getting the new wheel/tire on within just a few minutes of me arriving at the shop. The many rave yelp reviews are well deserved. Had a flat tire and the guys here got me fixed up in 15 minutes for $20. Friendly, professional, fast and affordable. It is recommended to re-torque the wheels after driving 50-100mi, and Peerless did this pretty quickly as well (for free) when we returned a few days later. Definitely plan to return if there are any flat tires in the future! (Hopefully not.) read more

I had just bought new tires at Costco and had them installed about two weeks ago. After the installation I ran over a nail and had a puncture in my tire. I tried to get back to Costco but it being spooky season and everybody getting their tires done for the Winter they were slammed and their first come first serve policy of showing up at 10 AM left me stuck in line with them saying they cannot take any more walk ins multiple mornings in a row. I called everywhere to see if they could fix the tire. I called peerless and the ASST. Manager Raul answered, I explained the situation and he told me "bring the car in at 7:50 AM tomorrow we'll get it done" mind you, I had to drive across the country that week to NY. I arrived at 7:50 AM the next day and was greeted by the kindest man, Vince, who is the manager. I explained the situation he said "...pull over to #2 I'll have you out of here in 10 minutes". Sure enough, 10 minutes and only $TWENTY $20 ! Dollars later Vince had me road ready for my cross country trip. I cannot express to you how grateful I was/am at their expediency and kindness. They treated me right and fair and didn't grab an extra buck even probably sensing I would have paid it in my circumstance. I could not be more pleased I hope everyone gets their tires done here. I was super bummed when the Peerless tires on Peoria closed. I used to go and there all the time for all of my tire needs. This shop is the closest alternative to my home, as far as a Peerless. They have won over my loyalty, so I drive past literally a dozen tire places to get to this location. My most recent trip in here occurred after coming out to find one of my rear tires on my Mustang completely flat. Being the slightly spoiled princess that I am, I called roadside assistance and had them come out and put the spare on. On my way down there my husband reminded me that he had been filling up the other rear tire for a couple of weeks. So I went in there with 2 tires that needed to be either fixed or replaced. Given that I am a loyal peerless customer and have purchased all of my tires from them, they did the job without charging me a penny! Everybody was super friendly and treated me like a part of the family. The customer service is top notch. I don't really know anything about tires, but these guys have kept me on the road. Any issues that I have had, which were usually nobody's fault, (like the time I somehow got a spark plug in the sidewall of my tire, like wtf) they have quickly resolved for me.
