We live in the neighborhood and when I got home from work, I heard a hissing sound coming out of my tire. It was almost 6:30pm and I didn't think anyone was open in the area. When I pulled up my maps, I realized that this business was in fact open. When I called, they were extremely accommodative and told me to come right in and that they would be able to fix my tire on the spot. I needed a used tire and wheel, I was quoted $120 and when I went to pay he charged my card $140 and said the "card fee" is $20 then asked me to pay cash next time so he doesn't have to add fee's. On a Sunday I had gotten a flat tire, went to Costco and was told they couldn't fix it. They tried to sell me on getting new tires which would have been over $1000 dollars. Great guys. After failing all day at finding a place that could put on my snow tires in less than a four hours I called Del Norte 45 minutes before they closed. They told me to come by as they didn't have have any cars. Rolled up and they were like a nascar pit crew. Had my tires swapped in about 10 minutes. I had a flat tire and dropped it off one evening when some guy happened to be there closing up shop on his own. My work schedule prevented me from getting back to them until Saturday. I strolled inside at 11:45am on a busy Saturday afternoon (their entire lot was full of cars being worked on). The guy had my new tire on within 5 minutes, no joke. He just stopped what he was doing, ran over and put it on, and then charged me a ridiculously reasonable rate. These guys are great! Every other place was closed on Sunday (I did find two places on Federal that were open but they were rude and unwilling to help us) but these guys stay open until 4. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we were immediately greeted by Jay who asked us how he could help us. We let him know that we had a flat tire and we didn't know if it needed to just be repaired or replaced. He said he would be happy to take a look at it and that a repair would only be $10. I habe done business here for 4 years and they always did me right and I send 10 to 20 customers a week after my recent experience. I spoke to an ow get yesterday and he said he would do 60 and told him I'd be there today when I went in they tried charging me 135. This is not acceptable worn all the moo by they make from us especially so we will be moving or business to a shop on Sheridan and Evans where I got a brand new tire for 40. I am disappointed. Wow! I needed my tire switched from my spare to the new rim. I offered the man my keys and asked when I should come back? He smiled and said "No, it'll be done in just a couple minutes." Got a used tire from these guys less than 2 months ago and had a major blowout today that was very scary on the interstate and caused damage to the frame of my car. Turns out the tire was rotten. They admit it is rotten but have a "no refund policy for tires run flat " sign hidden behind 2 stacks of other rotten tires I presume. He had to move the tires to show me the signBut they said they'd give me a new rotten tire at a discount. Went here today to get a tire replaced after the place across the street told me they had a two hour wait time. I'm so glad I came here instead! They got me in and out in no time, the price was great, and everyone was very friendly. I felt I could really trust them when they quoted me the price, especially considering how cheap it ended up being. They brought me out into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong with my last tire and with my rim and they fixed it right in front of me. Great work, guys! Biggest fucking pieces of shit ive ever come across. I dont know what the opposite of customer service is but these guys are it. Go in there with two perfectly good practically new tires form an older car that dont fit the new one, I have a steely spare on the left and wires coming out the tire on the right. I call before hand to see if they are willing to do a trade they say yes and needless to say the flopped on their word, just wanted me in there to try and sell me tires and never intended on doing a trade even after I practically beg them to give me ANYTHING for a trade cause I was flat broke with tires literally falling off of my car and they could care less.Stay as far away as you can from Fucking pieces of shit. the manager wont even speak to you directly in english, he has to have a translator just to talk to the guy read more
