All we had to do is find the right knobs and pulls. Little did we know there is more to the search than just finding the item in the store. We found several knobs that could not be matched with pulls. After a couple of misses, Helen jumped in and gave us direction. She went to her computer database and found us some options. She walked us through the store to give us examples of pulls to choose between. Did I mention, this wasn't her responsibility at the time? The front counter person assigned someone to come see us however that person dragged/lagged or went to see a movie and Helen jumped in to make sure we had a pleasant shopping experience. The store has a lot of things to pick at great prices compared to others selling the same items. If you're on their website Build.com, you can come in and see products before purchasing. Thanks Helen from making our experience great!

I'm a sucker for household goods stores, so of course I loved this upscale kitchen/home store! My…read morekid purchased her fancy shmancy coffee/espresso machine here, so she knew I'd enjoy checking this place out. And she was RIGHT. Think HomeGoods or HomeSense stores, but much MUCH higher end. That about encapsulates this place. The store itself is one large, open concept floor. It has all sorts of kitchen gadgets and linens, gourmet foods/condiments, patio furniture and gardening accessories, home furnishings and household accessories. Nothing is cheap here, literally or figuratively. Everything is super well-made, but very pricey. My kid saw a pizza platter here for $20 that she purchased the day before at HomeGoods for $4.99. The exact same item. That said, this place carries a lot of brands and items that you cannot find elsewhere, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their product lines. I liked their selection of retro wall clocks in a rainbow of colors, each for about $50 (I thought that was reasonable). Also, note that their sale prices on items are excellent deals. And they also carry smaller scale, cute gift things, on carousels by the front counter. I got my friend a cute pair of socks here.

Apparently the place is cool but has thus far wasted a combined hour of my time driving here trying to actually shop. I have money to spend, how do places like this survive? Don't bother calling to see if they're open, they're not, they don't answer if they are. Update: Received a call back. Immediately hung up on me with a very surly "forget it" before I could adjust my volume. Why the fuck would I give this asshole a penny? Rude to his customers, doesn't seem care about his shop, disrespectful of your time. Is this just a retired hobbyist who fucks around in his knife shop when he feels like it? What a joke. Also seen other reviews now saying this guy has made creepy comments on women's bodies. Glad I didn't end up coming here, would have brought a female friend.

I did that and the people at the store were super helpful. Our tank is discontinued but having some great research the ferguson's staff found a replacement. I walked out of ferguson happy and only spent $51 and much less time, They let me know to come back if there were any issues. BONUS - they disposed of the broken tank

I contacted the mfg and got a specific part number and told to order through a wholesaler like Ferguson, who probably should have just messaged their rep in the first place. I called and was told they would have to contact a rep for pricing and to give me contact info and they'd get it ordered but it might take a few days, then no contact for a week. I called again and they didn't have any idea what I was talking about, but took my info again and said they would put in an order. Another week went by with no response and I'm pretty sure they blew me off again. I tried calling one time but after about 30 minutes on hold I give up. I ended up going to standard supply company, they took all of ten minutes to get the part ordered and sent me invoices. Apparently I'm not the first person that's had this exact same issue that they've helped recently. They're much more polite and actually seem competent.
