Their office is also in network with Children's Hospital. When my daughter had issues that required additional specialist support, we were able to see the best of the best in Boston and notes were shared seamlessly with Dr Bakshi's team. Their on call support over nights and weekends is also phenomenal. With a newborn I used the service a few times and always got immediate compassionate care. Waiting room times are short, office staff is pleasant, nurses are bright and efficient, and the medical staff is exemplary. I trust my child's life to these people and have never been let down. I prefer a holistic approach to health as I think good nutrition, sleep, exercise are as important as medical intervention, if not more, and the doctors here seem to agree. I do not believe in the flu shot (for anyone) and while they advise to get it annually, they have never made it an issue. They have Saturday morning hours for sick child visits. When I have called outside of office hours the doctor-on-call has always returned my call well within a half hour. Have never had an issue with any kind of billing problems. Some of the wonderful Drs there 13 years ago have since retired, but the replacements are all top notch. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Doctor Pilz is an amazing provider, his staff on the other hand are rude unorganized and neglectful…read moretward their clerical duties. Twice now the good doctor has helped us on a whim with a crucial medication adjustment for our autistic child. The nurses who called us back and told us to increase his doses on Dr Pilz behalf both times neglected to document it nor did they call the pharmacy to adjust his prescriptions. This resulted in us running out prematurely which severely impacts our son in a severely negative way. We will continue to use Dr. Pilz because we can tolerate that type of behavior, but those without patience beware. Restructuring the staff to a more attentive pleasant group may be a good move for the practice.
