I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time now, and shame on me for not doing it…read moresooner. I was the most miserable person-literally. I had just about every bad ache a human being could possibly have: lower back pain, neck pain, and numbness and tingling in my hands, feet, and legs. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of the constant discomfort. I went to see practically every specialist my insurance offered, only to be told it was "normal" because I was getting older (I was only 45 at the peak of my pain!). I felt like a guinea pig going through spinal taps (which are super nasty if you've never had one), endless blood tests, and studies, but nothing worked. The only thing I hadn't tried was voodoo. LOL One day while scrolling, my algorithm started suggesting chiropractors and alternative treatments. That's when I found LPI. I felt like the guy in the video was talking directly to me and describing everything that was going wrong with my body. Without hesitating, I booked a free consultation. That turned out to be one of the most important decisions of my life. When I showed up for my appointment, Doctor Wendy greeted me. There are NOT enough positive things I can say about her. She isn't just super nice-you can tell she was born to do this. She's passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and never rushes you out the door to get to the next appointment. She treats you like a real person, not just a slot on a schedule. Honestly, she's a miracle worker. When she asked what my goal was, I told her, and she promised to do everything she could to get me there-and she delivered! Thanks to her, I can now take long drives without my legs going numb, play with my kids, play golf, go on walks with my wife, and enjoy downtime together. These might sound like basic everyday activities to most people, but I couldn't do any of them before. To me, being able to do these things is priceless. If your story is anything like mine, don't hesitate to go. Wendy and the team at LPI will have you feeling like a million bucks. Doctor Wendy, you are the GOAT!

I highly recommend the Longevity Performance Institute and Dr. Benjamin Yu. From the very…read morebeginning, Dr. Yu took the time to understand my injury history and created a customized program specifically tailored to my needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. During the program, I unfortunately sustained another injury affecting my neck, shoulder, and back. Instead of simply pausing my progress, Dr. Yu quickly pivoted and developed a new plan that worked around my limitations while helping me recover safely. His depth of knowledge of the human body is truly remarkable. Thanks to his expertise and personalized approach, I'm now able to work out again and even get back to hiking--activities I wasn't sure I'd be able to enjoy after my injuries. That progress has been incredibly meaningful to me. Dr. Yu is like a mad scientist--in the best possible way. He's completely devoted to his craft, constantly analyzing, adapting, and finding the most effective approach for each individual. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients heal, move better, and perform at their best. If you're looking for someone who combines scientific expertise with personalized care and delivers real results, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Benjamin Yu and the Longevity Performance Institute.

I cannot say enough good things about my therapist, Jenn Bollinger, and Peak Physical therapy. I…read morecame into physical therapy with a frozen shoulder that turned into bilateral frozen shoulder. Actually it was associated with an autoimmune illness that I didn't know I have. My illness, among other things, causes me a lot of pain. I don't know what I'd do without Jenn to keep me out of pain. Jenn is incredibly knowledgeable and completely dedicated to her patients. If I depended completely upon M.D.s to help me manage my condition I'd be in terrible shape. Jenn actually listens to me. She actually assumes that what I'm telling her is my reality. She does not ignore my concerns, instead she uses them as diagnostic clues to help her get me out of pain. She has noticed things that my doctors have missed. She also helps me figure out what I am doing wrong in terms of posture and movement to help keep me from needing so much medical intervention. I love Jenn as a therapist so much that I moved to Palm Springs and still drive out to Monrovia to see her. In addition my current insurance does not cover her, and although I could go to another therapist that is fully covered by my insurance (not to mention is NOT 124 miles away), I would prefer to see Jenn. Trust me, I love to complain about things, and there is nothing, and I mean nothing, for me to complain about. When was the last time you heard a comment like this about any medical establishment? I'm not kidding, this place is the best of the best.

I met Hannah when I was 4 months pregnant, and now at 37 weeks, she has helped me so much with the sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain I experienced during my pregnancy. From the moment I walked into her office, she always made me feel comfortable, supported, and understood. She took the time to teach me stretches and movements that truly helped ease my pain, and I was able to continue using them at home and even while working throughout my pregnancy. Hannah is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful at what she does. As a first-time mom, she taught me so much about how important it is to keep moving your body during pregnancy and how to properly care for yourself physically. Every session with her was such a positive experience, and I always left feeling better and more confident. Thank you, Hannah, for every month-to-month experience and for helping me through such an important part of my life. I truly appreciate all your care, kindness, and support.

Dr. Frank Chow, founder & owner of this organization is a man of unusual talents. I begin this…read moresentence with " Dr." because Frank, which he prefers to be called is actually a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He's an easy-going guy that runs a great business. His staff is very professional; his facility is clean and well organized. Suffering Spinal Stenosis I had an Orthopedic Surgeon and a Neurosurgeon tell me that spine surgery would most likely be required. At 78 years old I obviously would prefer not. After Frank released me, I've continued his therapy protocol religiously. My condition is greatly improved & while not being 100% certain that I've dodged surgery I believe there's a greater chance of dodging that bullet than not. I highly recommend Frank and his team. Overall, I hesitantly rate them at 10-only because 11 isn't a recognizable choice !

I'm not sure if this is standard practice in the high stakes world of PT, but I've never even heard of such incompetence. Maybe my super expensive insurance isn't good enough for them?

It was such a relief that Justin was able to see me right away. I was suffering from limited mobility and constant throbbing pain throughout my arm/shoulder. I now look forward to his sessions and don't want to leave from feeling rejuvenated. I wish I had found him sooner but I'm so glad that I found him. The clinic is conveniently located at a plaza with lots of free parking spaces in Arcadia. I highly recommend Justin and PTA Marco at AIM for any physical therapy. He'll pull out anatomy books, show you exactly what structures you're dealing with, and explain why you're feeling something and what you can do about it. That makes it so much easier to understand your recovery and actually take ownership of it. If you're looking for a PT who goes beyond simply handing you exercises, I'd definitely recommend Justin!
