I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time now, and shame on me for not doing it…read moresooner. I was the most miserable person-literally. I had just about every bad ache a human being could possibly have: lower back pain, neck pain, and numbness and tingling in my hands, feet, and legs. I couldn't get a good night's sleep because of the constant discomfort. I went to see practically every specialist my insurance offered, only to be told it was "normal" because I was getting older (I was only 45 at the peak of my pain!). I felt like a guinea pig going through spinal taps (which are super nasty if you've never had one), endless blood tests, and studies, but nothing worked. The only thing I hadn't tried was voodoo. LOL One day while scrolling, my algorithm started suggesting chiropractors and alternative treatments. That's when I found LPI. I felt like the guy in the video was talking directly to me and describing everything that was going wrong with my body. Without hesitating, I booked a free consultation. That turned out to be one of the most important decisions of my life. When I showed up for my appointment, Doctor Wendy greeted me. There are NOT enough positive things I can say about her. She isn't just super nice-you can tell she was born to do this. She's passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and never rushes you out the door to get to the next appointment. She treats you like a real person, not just a slot on a schedule. Honestly, she's a miracle worker. When she asked what my goal was, I told her, and she promised to do everything she could to get me there-and she delivered! Thanks to her, I can now take long drives without my legs going numb, play with my kids, play golf, go on walks with my wife, and enjoy downtime together. These might sound like basic everyday activities to most people, but I couldn't do any of them before. To me, being able to do these things is priceless. If your story is anything like mine, don't hesitate to go. Wendy and the team at LPI will have you feeling like a million bucks. Doctor Wendy, you are the GOAT!

I highly recommend the Longevity Performance Institute and Dr. Benjamin Yu. From the very…read morebeginning, Dr. Yu took the time to understand my injury history and created a customized program specifically tailored to my needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. During the program, I unfortunately sustained another injury affecting my neck, shoulder, and back. Instead of simply pausing my progress, Dr. Yu quickly pivoted and developed a new plan that worked around my limitations while helping me recover safely. His depth of knowledge of the human body is truly remarkable. Thanks to his expertise and personalized approach, I'm now able to work out again and even get back to hiking--activities I wasn't sure I'd be able to enjoy after my injuries. That progress has been incredibly meaningful to me. Dr. Yu is like a mad scientist--in the best possible way. He's completely devoted to his craft, constantly analyzing, adapting, and finding the most effective approach for each individual. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients heal, move better, and perform at their best. If you're looking for someone who combines scientific expertise with personalized care and delivers real results, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Benjamin Yu and the Longevity Performance Institute.

His staff is very professional; his facility is clean and well organized. Suffering Spinal Stenosis I had an Orthopedic Surgeon and a Neurosurgeon tell me that spine surgery would most likely be required. At 78 years old I obviously would prefer not. After Frank released me, I've continued his therapy protocol religiously. My condition is greatly improved & while not being 100% certain that I've dodged surgery I believe there's a greater chance of dodging that bullet than not. I highly recommend Frank and his team. Overall, I hesitantly rate them at 10-only because 11 isn't a recognizable choice !

I'm not sure if this is standard practice in the high stakes world of PT, but I've never even heard of such incompetence. Maybe my super expensive insurance isn't good enough for them?

It was such a relief that Justin was able to see me right away. I was suffering from limited mobility and constant throbbing pain throughout my arm/shoulder. Justin's full hour of manual therapy sessions improved my shoulder significantly and I can lift and move easier without the pain. I now look forward to his sessions and don't want to leave from feeling rejuvenated. I wish I had found him sooner but I'm so glad that I found him. The clinic is conveniently located at a plaza with lots of free parking spaces in Arcadia. I highly recommend Justin and PTA Marco at AIM for any physical therapy. His treatment gets high 5 stars for a real reason while other PTs/clinics get low and/or mixed reviews. Thank you Justin for helping me feel so much better and gaining my strength back.

He'll pull out anatomy books, show you exactly what structures you're dealing with, and explain why you're feeling something and what you can do about it. That makes it so much easier to understand your recovery and actually take ownership of it. If you're looking for a PT who goes beyond simply handing you exercises, I'd definitely recommend Justin!

I continued to work with Dr. Cheri and Dr. Kelli during my pregnancy for strength and prenatal chiropractic care, which helped immensely to address my aches, pains, and changing body. Needless to say, I am a huge Healthfit advocate to care for your body- the entire team of Drs. are fantastic. Dr. Josh is the absolute BEST if you need any kind of physical therapy! I don't say that…read morelightly--he truly worked a miracle on our daughter's shoulder, and we feel incredibly blessed to have found him. His demeanor, KNOWLEDGE, approach, and genuine empathy are unmatched. He is worth every dollar we spent and every mile we drove to see him. We traveled from Orange County to Arcadia every week at first, and eventually every month, because we knew she was in the right hands. We need more physical therapists like Dr. Josh--professionals who truly LISTEN, take the time to understand the individual person and their injury, and then create a recovery plan specifically for them rather than taking a generalized approach. We came to Dr. Josh after our daughter had been receiving physical therapy elsewhere for a labrum tear in her shoulder. While her previous PT helped somewhat, she continued to experience flare-ups. It felt like we were taking one step forward and two steps back, and we knew we needed to try something different. Then came Coach Sean from Aquatic Sports Performance, who frequently highlighted Dr. Josh in his Instagram videos while working with some of the best swimmers in the world--many of whom were dealing with injuries far more severe than my daughter's. I thought, If Dr. Josh can help rehab these pro/elite swimmers, I feel confident he can help my daughter. From our very first consultation, I knew we had found someone different. Dr. Josh asked question after question because he genuinely wanted to understand every detail of my daughter's injury, her history, what she had been experiencing, and how we had gotten to the point of seeking him out. He explained his approach, what needed to happen to get her shoulder pain under control, and how he would ultimately help her regain her mobility. One year and a few months later, my daughter can finally say she is PAIN FREE! We truly believe that is because of Dr. Josh's knowledge, expertise, caring nature, and individualized approach. He performed countless assessments, checked in with her weekly, texted with us, and had long and sometimes difficult conversations with her about her future in swimming and water polo. But he also celebrated her victories right alongside her. There were a LOT of tears and heartache along the way. Even after she was pain-free and had regained her mobility, she struggled month after month with the disappointment of not making her cuts in swimming. Through all of it, Dr. Josh was there. He helped pick up the pieces, encouraged her when she was devastated, and reminded her to keep pushing forward. And then came May 2026--her FIRST sectional cut! Then June brought TWO MORE! I will never forget telling Dr. Josh the news. He was just as excited as we were, texting us and then celebrating with a huge smile and a, "LET'S GOOOO!" when we saw him. That moment meant so much because he had been there through the entire journey--not just the physical recovery, but the emotional one too. We are forever grateful to Dr. Josh. He is truly one of a kind. Whenever someone asks us for a physical therapy recommendation, our answer has been--and always will be: "GO SEE DR. JOSH AT REASON PHYSIO! HE IS WORTH IT!"

She gave me a fair warning that it could take 3-5 months to see results, which at first felt discouraging--but I appreciated her transparency. She carefully assessed my condition, explained exactly what was happening, and laid out a treatment plan that was realistic and tailored to me. It's been about 4 months now, and I am completely pain-free! I was initially skeptical--what could physical therapy really do when the pain was this severe? But the results speak for themselves. My arm is fully functional again, and I've been able to get back to activities I love, including pickleball and other racquet sports. Dr. Chan's approach is thoughtful, personalized, and effective. She listens, understands, and genuinely cares about her patients' progress. I can't recommend her enough to anyone struggling with pain or injury. The clinic has a small gym upfront with treatment tables in the back. Super convenient location in Alhambra with a 4-hr free parking garage. B&C PT is extremely popular and books out weeks in advance. I had to wait ~3-4 weeks for my initial appt, and had to book all my subsequent appts following my first visit to secure dates/times. I work primarily with Ching Ly (the C of B&C lol) and he's super down to earth. He did a comprehensive exam of my neck, measured my neck movements with a goniometer, and confirmed if it was a joint or muscle issue. I've seen several PTs, but no one was as thorough as Ching in trying to figure out the root cause. My treatment plan is pretty straightforward - Managing neck pain with manual therapy, at-home workouts, and then more workouts to strengthen neck, shoulder, and back muscles. If I had to nitpick then it would be the super tedious process of booking upcoming appointments with the front desk receptionist. Nothing PT related. Highly recommend B&C PT! I hope to be free of this annoying pain by the end of my sessions.
