Actually it was associated with an autoimmune illness that I didn't know I have. My illness, among other things, causes me a lot of pain. I don't know what I'd do without Jenn to keep me out of pain. Jenn is incredibly knowledgeable and completely dedicated to her patients. If I depended completely upon M.D.s to help me manage my condition I'd be in terrible shape. Jenn actually listens to me. She actually assumes that what I'm telling her is my reality. She does not ignore my concerns, instead she uses them as diagnostic clues to help her get me out of pain. She has noticed things that my doctors have missed. She also helps me figure out what I am doing wrong in terms of posture and movement to help keep me from needing so much medical intervention. I love Jenn as a therapist so much that I moved to Palm Springs and still drive out to Monrovia to see her. In addition my current insurance does not cover her, and although I could go to another therapist that is fully covered by my insurance (not to mention is NOT 124 miles away), I would prefer to see Jenn. Trust me, I love to complain about things, and there is nothing, and I mean nothing, for me to complain about. When was the last time you heard a comment like this about any medical establishment? After Frank released me, I've continued his therapy protocol religiously. My condition is greatly improved & while not being 100% certain that I've dodged surgery I believe there's a greater chance of dodging that bullet than not. I highly recommend Frank and his team. Paul was my primary therapist and was entirely knowledgeable and supportive. I was impressed that every session had a plan which as tailored to my particular conditions and contained, over the months that I was there, a great variety of routines and exercises. Clinton and Bernard also worked with me and were equally qualified and competent. All of the assistants who supported me were capable and skilled. Supervision is great and help is always available. The facility is immaculately clean and the atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant as patients are aided in working toward whatever personal needs or goals have brought them there. Since February/March of this year my shoulder issues went from random pain to full blown forzen shoulder. After their assessment, I had an EMTT and Shockwave initial session that offered a free one-hour Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. From the initial improvement I experienced I signed up to their package deal where I get both ShockWave and EMTT regenative therapy. My range of motion has improved greatly and the immense pain has significantly reduced. I have two more therapy sessions left. You have nothing to lose to check them out and if you do take the package deal, do not forget to do the exercises suggested if you want to improve.
