The nurses here are amazing EVERY time we come here. Appointments are fast and efficient. I would like to specifically point out dr abjelina being an amazing pediatric doctor. I'm so thankful we have a great dr for our daughter, she has asthma and dr abjelina has been on top of things whenever we need her! I was assigned this office when my daughter was born in March. We had a few visits her first week, then her 2 month appointment. The waits her astronomically long, even after you get there 15 minutes early like they tell you to. Not only was the wait long to be seen, but once I was placed in a room the wait continued. For my daughters 2 month immunizations, we waited an additional 40 minutes in the room after our visit, waiting for the nurse to come in with the immunizations. The staff doesn't seem interested in their jobs, they aren't so polite. The dr i saw the first time was super nice, but the NP we saw after that was not our cup of tea. She recommended things that I wasn't on board with. After that last visit I switched Pediatricians, to one that my older daughter goes to. read more

After 7+ years of going to this office I am now looking for a new Doctor. Not because of the doctors themselves (they are Friendly, thorough and take care of us) but because they never answer the phones, i left a voicemail a week ago and still haven't got a call back. I went In to make an appointment instead and stood in front of the desk for almost 20 minutes after being told multiple times "one second" until I had enough of watching her click on the computer and make phone calls. This is after I told her what I was there for. You guys need to do better, it's unfair to be treated this way. I'm usually a patient person but that was the final straw. read more

The one star really means 0. My appointment was at 9:15 didn't get called till 10:38 They were so over booked other patients were canceling due to waiting for so long. The waiting room had very little seats the room it self was so small you were arm to arm with others in there. It seemed like there were not enough nurse so the ones that were there were being overworked and just not doing their job right. They were very rude. I've been to other P.P. Pediatric partners is not only my sons DR but was also mine when I was a child. Friendly & dependable, we've never had much of an issue. I had heard some mixed reviews from other mothers and was even warned not to use them, I myself have found very little problems with them. Dr Chan and Dr Abjelina are my sons main physicians when bringing him in. They are always so friendly and thorough, never in a rush to get us out. I've been lucky enough to even be able to snag some same day appointments when needed. When my son was still an infant he had very sensitive skin and they did everything possible to find a cure. Even went as far as referring us to a specialist, which I really appreciated. Everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely care about the patients well being. Located across from inland valley hospital in the urgent care building is this second floor pediatric office. The offices are cute and painted with a jungle them through the halls. In the waiting room they usually have a Disney movie playing for the Kidd. Exam rooms are neatly kept usually. However, I must say the room we've had the last two times unfortunately wasn't as great. With rust on the ground/bottom of exam table had me a little uneasy and grossed out. Each visit to that room it was still there and hard to miss. Aside from that, I've always been very pleased with the service and cleanliness of pediatric partners and will continue to return to them. read more

Was scheduled for a 9:30am appt. Arrived at 9am as requested to fill out paperwork. Wasn't called back to the room until after 10:15am. Still waiting at 10:46am. Absolutely ridiculous wait time because front of staff continues to overbook appt's. Will be requesting to switch doctors through my insurance. read more

The wait times are absolutely crazy. With an appointment even. Never gotten out of here within a reasonable time. Hard to get the same doctor. The new recent chances have made things harder as well. Communicating with the doctors on the portal was the quickest and easiest they had but now the portal is complicated and a 3 day wait to get a response back. Very few friendly people who work here as well. I do enjoy the receptionists for the most part they are friendly and the place is fairly clean and organized. I have been taking my children to Pediatric Partners for many years. Their doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. They treat each one of my children as an individual instead of just another number. One of my children has now been diagnosed with a genetic mutation but for years know one including her specialists could figure out what was going on. The doctors she saw at Pediatric Partners worked hard to get her diagnosed and all the specialty care she needed. We switched to their Wildomar Office when it was opened and found the office to be amazing and the staff very helpful. At times the office has been busy and it is amazing to see the manager jump in and help. I recommend this office to all my friend and family in the area. read more

Absolutely ridiculous that one is not seen by ones appointment time or even within the hour of making the appointment time. By this I am referring to not being seen even by the vitals nurse within the hour, which is the first step after checking in. The doctors are great! It's a shame the time spent here is ALWAYS and never fails to take 2 to 3 hours. read more

2 bad experiences in a row. First experience was for my 5 day old baby for a routine check up. We had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes prior to the appointment as instructed. We ended up waiting for an hour after our appointment time to be seen. The waiting room was at capacity. Second bad experience was a week later when I took my 11 day old baby there for circumcision. They had told me earlier to again show up 15 minutes early for my 12:30 appointment and not to feed him after 10:30 because he needed to not have eaten 2 hours before the procedure even though they wrote down 11:30 on the paper. They also told me that if I didn't follow the feeding instructions that I would forfeit my $75 deposit. So I followed instructions again and didn't feed him after 10:30 and got there 15 minutes early. They ended up not calling us in for the procedure until 1:40. Again, another hour long wait after my appointment was time. When asked when he would be going in, the receptionist told us that we had to wait an hour for the numbing cream to kick in. No one told us this in advance. Meanwhile my baby was screaming in hunger, and pediatric partners wasted yet another hour of our time. read more

I've been taking my daughter here since she was born I love dr Reinhard she is fast and makes sure you have questions and concerns I've never had a problem I'm very open and nice to everyone The Mexican chola looking nurse was cool at first because she knew my mother then after a couple of times I've gone, she's talked back to me. And I just feel a bad vibe with her now. Took our daughters to this location to get a physical and two flu shots. Our home location is the Temecula office, but they did not have any slots open for us. Anywho, the appointment at the Wildomar office was at 9:15a... we did not leave until nearly 11a. The staff and doctor took forever. The facility was filthy, unkempt. A huge disappointment. I'm not even sure if the doctor was even in the office until my daughters received their shots. Never again. This place is awful. read more

I've been taking my son here since he was born. I love the doctors, they are always prompt answering any questions we may have. Email through patient portal is the best way to make an appointment or talk to the doctor. The office is so busy, they double book appointments. There is always at least an hour and half wait even with an appointment. read more
