My review for Pediatric Partners is based on the front office staff and the office manager. While we like Dr. Johnson, having to deal with the office staff makes us want to take our medical needs elsewhere. Two issues have arisen regarding the office staff. We made an appointment for our newborn to have a circumcision, paying a $75 retainer for the time slot, only to wait in the waiting room for almost an hour past our scheduled time. A quick call letting us know they were running a hour behind seems like the right thing to do. During that visit we paid a copay. The problem with that is we don't have to pay a copay for the appointment. We have since been back and forth with PP regarding a refund of our copay. Gina, the office manager, goes back and forth saying we have to pay it, then states as soon as it clears billing we will receive a refund. Having dealt with PP for 2 full days regarding $30 we decided to file a grievance with our insurance. 5 minutes after filing a grievance, Gina tells us that we will be receiving a refund...coincidence? Like the other review of PP we feel like the office staff could make a better effort to meet the needs of their patients. In the end we will be moving our medical needs elsewhere. read more

I really wish I could leave no stars. The office staff is so completely disrespectful and rude. I do not understand how they cannot make appointments 4 months out. Every parent I know is busy and extremely forgetful. Not a single person in the office staff care about the children or the parents trying to get their children seen. I wish I could put staff names, but they never identify themselves! I have been trying to make an annual well appointment for my son for about 2 months now. I called today to see if there were any cancelations for the 13th of this month. I was placed on hold and transferred to a "supervisor" that told me there weren't any appointments available for my doctor until the end of june. I explained to her I was calling to see if there were cancellations. She then said, "well you know it's noon, right? If you had called earlier, we had a cancelation for 9:30." And I re-explained to her that I was not trying to make an appointment for today. She just didn't get it. She kept giving me hypothetical appointments for dates that my son couldn't be seen anyway because the insurance wouldn't allow it!! HELLO! And she kept telling me i shouldn't call at noon because there is no chance i could get an appointment anyway. I think if they would just LISTEN, they may actually be friendlier. I am currently searching for a new pediatrician because this office staff is UNBEARABLE. The pediatrician is WONDERFUL. I cannot go to war every time I need to make an appointment. Do yourself a favor and don't give this office your time, patience, courtesy or money. read more

Dr Johnson at Pediatric Partners is fantastic! She is so caring and takes the time to answer all of my questions and she makes me feel very comfortable that I am taking my son to a great doctor. I hardly have to wait long and when my son was sick they got him in the same day. The staff is great too! read more

Had an appointment today, 8.3.2016 at 1100, arrived at 1040, seen by Dr Cason at 1150 (our daughter's primary care is Dr Johnson but was on vacation). Dr Cason just told me the result of the urine test which we already know (clinic called the day before the appointment and told us to come back for repeat urine test), Dr also said "I think your daughter has stones", but did not assess my daughter, did not check her flank for pain, did not do a quick assessment. Dr said the urine specimen will be send to the lab. Dr Cason spent less than 2 minutes (we waited almost an hour in the exam room) to see us. I don't feel my daughter is safe with Dr Cason and will definitely will never see her again. read more

Our daughter was having major surgery and front office never sent any of the paperwork, labs or physical results to surgeon. Had to call the afternoon before surgery. This place SUCKS! The receptionists are rude on the phone and they're just as rude when you go in there! I've never even seen the Dr. we actually picked to be our pediatrician! I dealt with Dr. Mohr last time I went in and he was a jerk. Obviously in a big hurry and seemed very inconvenience by my having an appointment. Not available to answer any questions and I left there frustrated. On a good note, there is a female Dr. there. I don't know her name but she's Asian. She's really good and I trust her. She's not enough to keep us there though. I'm in the process of finding a new pediatrician. They run there practice like a factory. They want to get you in and out. There is no bedside manner, they don't try to get to know your child and they don't really seem like they care much. Oh and the wait is ridiculous most of the time. Even when the waiting room is empty. Oh and the stupid form you have to fill out to check in? Instead of me telling the rude receptionist my name I have to write out a page of info that they already have and hand it to them. LAME Not a fan. read more

Wait time is horrible, they make you check-in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. What for? To wait another 50 minutes in the waiting room, and another 40 minutes in the examination room. Where's the common courtesy, or simple respect for other people's time. Don't overbook appointments, if you do not intend to honor them. We all have better things to do, instead of sitting around doing nothing. But if you are 5-10 minutes late, they will charge you for the visit and re-schedule you for another time... read more

Dr. Johnson is AMAZING. She has seen our boys since they were infants, and I refuse to see anyone else! The Yelp reviews here are slightly confusing, as we have always had great experiences with the up front staff and nurses. They love our boys and are always courteous and helpful! When we change insurances, I always check first to make sure Dr. Johnson is on our new plan!! read more

I give a 3 but on many times I could say 1 based on waitting way to long in front and back , I have never experinced the front Rude at all or back office, so thats good, I did think It was pretty bad that I brought my daughter in for a well visit for kindergarten check and the dr. asked hows things going I said good and I asked a question about constipation , then I got a bill ,I called and said I dont pay copays for well visits they said ohh well you asked a question so its not a well visit any more ,okay crazy, dont ask question :( I have been going there for five years and overall im pretty happy besides the wait and trying to get in is kind of hard ,but I will keep going. read more

They are billing me for service that I didn't receive. I called them the first time I received the bill and they told me to disregard. Now they have sent a 2nd bill and are calling and harassing me. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the medical board of CA as well. read more

I agree with the previous reviews about the Rude staff, long wait times, uncaring and unprofessional doctors, etc etc etc... I have been taking my child to Pediatric Partners from 4 months old to 18 months old. The only reason we keep going there it is less then 5 minutes away from our house. It's true, practically every time we go there for an appointment, we are waiting well over an hour, and none of the staff seems to care. And yah, you never see the same doctor, so they are not very familiar with you child. Not only that, if you call after hours with questions for the on call doctors they are irritated and not very helpful, especially the doctor Claudia Camacho. Also, if you have a sick child, they are almost never willing to see your child that same day:( And, it's supposed to be a pediatric place, you would think that there should be children's toys or books (or something for them to do in the waiting room... especially if they are going to be waiting an hour or two.) I gave them 1 star, because that's the lowest rating, but I actually don't think that they deserve any stars. In fact, I am so fed up with them that I am thinking of switching to a place a good 45 minutes away from home just to get some decent care for my son and decent customer service for myself. read more

First I have to say Dr. Paik was great, once we finally got to see her. Which, was almost 2 hours after our scheduled time. However, her assistant was one of the worst I've ever, ever, ever experienced. She was less than friendly (putting it as nice as I can). My son had to get three (3) shots and the assistant was very cold and scared my son more than the shots. If you're going to be in an office where you work with kids all day, I have an idea, try smiling!!! Especially, when needles can be a very scary thing! Worst experience so far. read more

My daughter works, so I took my grandchildren for their flu shots (made the appointment myself in person and NO ONE mentioned we would need a permission slip for me to take them in ) Many weeks later, when their appointment finally arrived and I wrangled 3 boys to the office, they refused to see them because there was written permission for me to bring only the baby . They did not offer to reschedule, no apologies for our inconvenience, just a snotty attitude. Front office staff is horrid, rude, unhelpful and uncaring. I am a retired health care provider and our organization always emphasized customer service...additionally, I have been taking all of my grandchildren to appointments their whole lives with no problems until now. Dr. has been fine, but we are being bounced around for the baby's next well check. My advice: get Kaiser insurance if you possibly can!!! read more

Unfortunately, I have gone three times and they have been late by an hour each time. The second visit was so late and the Dr rushed through everything not even taking the time to go over my childs medical questions or needs. I ended up needing to reschedule the appointment with a different dr there. The third visit dr was nicer and did spend more time, but was late again. They schedule too many people at once. When I spoke about the timing and how late they were I was told everyone else does it. I really find it unacceptable that a pediatrican would want unwell small children waiting at least an hour for treatment. Then, only offering five or ten minutes of care. read more

We'd been going to Pediatric Partners for 10 years. Dr. Winkler and Dr. Johnson and nurse Dena were great. But Dr. Paik refuses to prescribe antibiotics when they are needed for sinus infections. The new nurse Jennifer canceled our appointment without our knowledge and it went down hill from there. She sent us a letter full of incorrect information and unfounded accusations. She was incredibly unhelpful and refused to listen to our legitimate concerns. read more

After reading these reviews, I still had hope in having a good Dr experience here for my children. I wanted a pediatrician (over a family Dr), with a good hospital attached to them, etc. My children are verrry healthy, so we are not a very "needy" family. We just moved here from out of state, so the appt was set a month in advance (to be expected), however, I was running late (I know!!, I hate to be late!) for my 10:30 appt (got there at 10:40, which I thought was within the 10 minute window. The receptionist (in an Abercrombie hoodie--not very professional, I agree), checked with the Dr. who told us we would have to reschedule because I was supposed to be there 15 mins early for my appt to complete new patient forms. I feel bad, because I was late, HOWEVER, I have always had to wait on doctors to see me, so figured it would not be a problem for them if "I" was late, ya know?... ANYWAY, I hope my rescheduling kept others from having to wait at least. I rescheduled for a month out, but hope to find a better reference in the meantime... read more

This office is truly amazing!!! I have visited a lot of the surrounding offices and nothing compares to the George Cushman pediatric partners! I even drive over 30 minutes to this office because they are THAT GOOD! As a mom of two all we want for our children is the best and this office does that! When you call (they answer) when you leave a message (they always call back in a timely manner) plus an example both my kids were sick called them in the am and they got me right in. AMAZING!!! The staff is both friendly and courteous. The Drs treat your children as if they were their own! (Big shoot out to Dr. Cason) She always goes above and beyond for my family. We have stayed with this place for far too long. We love Dr. Johnson, but the office staff and organization of this office are terrible and simply not worth the stress anymore. First off, good luck when trying to contact the office. Most likely you'll be directed to a voicemail where you leave a message and are lucky if they call you back the same day. Second, when you do schedule an appointment (non-sick appointment that is), and need a particular time due to work obligations, expect to wait weeks to get in. I called to schedule my daughter's 4 year check up in early December, and had to wait March to get in for an appointment after 3pm. Mind you, she turns 4 in January! Third, expect to wait a LONG time when you get there. I've been going here for about 3 years and I am NEVER in and out of this place in less than an hour and a half! The last straw came today when I went to pick up a physical form I submitted Monday for my HS daughter, only to find out that 5 days later not only is the form STILL not complete, but they gave it to the wrong doctor and I have to come back! Ridiculous! My daughter is out another week from sports due to their sloppy office work. Again, Dr. Johnson is terrific and attentive, but the organization and procedures here suck! Like I said, it's my fault and I should have left this place years ago. I guess I just kept waiting for things to get better, but I was wrong. read more

I agree with some of the other reviews here as far as the doctors go.... they are great but the front desk staff not so much. The average time spent in office is about 1.5 hours and often so packed at the Wildomar office that we have to sit on the floor in the hallway. If I had different insurance I would definitely go elsewhere. read more

I have never written a review before, but as a parent, I think it is my responsibility to other parents to let them read my review and decide for themselves where to take their child. Nothing is more important than your childs health and other posts have helped me. I give Pediatric Partners a mere 1 star. I arrived 15 minutes early for my daughters apointment and got called back promptly at my appointment time. We got her undressed and took vitals and got shown back to our room. My daughter (3 mos) and I waited in this room for over an hour!! Nobody, not a single soul thought it would be courteous to stop in and notify me that the dr was running behind, or apologize for the inconvenience and ask if I would want to consider rescheduling. My daughter was being seen for sever ezcema and when the doctor finally came in she looked at her and just said, oh yeah ezcema. Here is a prescription. She called in a prescription and before I could ask her what the prescription was for, she was gone. I was so taken aback I made an appointment with a great doctor, Charles Pumphrey and he took the time to discuss a treatment plan with me and explain all of the meds he advised her to take. I will never take my daughter here again and advise all parents to do the same. read more

Dr Johnson is the absolute best. She is so genuine and kind hearted and she is so loving to our daughter. She is so patient with all my new mommy concerns. I split up shots and she has no judgment and just helps guide me along the way by giving me the information I ask for. She's incredibly knowledgeable and puts every concern as a new mommy I have at ease. My husband feels the same way. She is the absolute best pediatrician, and we couldn't be happier that we were so blessed to find her. She truly cares about her patients and the parents. I wish I could find a dr for me like her. As far as staff goes they are simply amazing. They are so sweet and I find them to be very patient. Many times there are people in there being snotty and rude to them and the are so patient and kind in their responses. (Customer service is never easy) I have used the patient portal for messages and they get back to me within 24 hours and they never make you feel judged for all your questions and concerns. I am a new mom my daughter is almost 6months and we could not be happier with the care that we receive for our baby girl. I haven't experienced long wait times to often but that's life and that happens at every dr office. It just means that they will take the time and care to address all of your concerns when it is your time to be seen. Plus if it's a long wait our dr always acknowledges it and apologizes. The best pediatric office around! We love this place and thank you to Dr Johnson and all the staff for taking such good care of us. read more

At first I really liked these pediatricians, as time went on I have noticed doctors and staff has transferred. I am not happy with the lack of customer service, especially from the nurse that takes the height and weight of all the children. I have also had a terrible time trying to get a hold of anyone at the front office. I called exactly when they opened up at 9am and I called back every minute until 10 am because I just needed to know the appointment time for daughter because I didn't know the time, and no one picked up. I thought that was absolutely absurd. Then with my most recent appointment I was sitting in the room past an hour. yes I understand you would want a doctor to take their time with your baby, but any of the check ups I had with my kid the doctor never spent more then 10 minutes with my baby. Second of all they were not busy at all there was literally one family in the waiting room. I had one of the earlier appointments so I thought it was insane that I was waiting in the room for over an hour. When I went out of the room because I was going to leave I saw both of the doctors literally just laughing and joking around at the counter. There was no sense of purpose. Then as I'm asking what shots my son needs because I was just going to find another doctor the nurse had the audacity to tell me the doctor is waiting on me, when she literally saw me come to the desk she was at complaining about the amount of time it took. So as I went back to my room to put my son in his stroller the doctor was stating how there was an emergency. This made me mad to a whole different level as they just strolled through the halls like they had nothing to do and then just joking and laughing instead of doing there job. This was like the fourth time that I've had to wait that long to just get seen for the doctor to literally look at my son and leave. I knew this was just a bold face lie and I could not contain myself. These doctors literally have the worst reviews, please find doctors who will take the proper time and effort to see your babies. read more

Well I've given this office 3 years to turn around, and honestly the only reason I've continued along with them through this awful journey is because I absolutely love Dr. Johnson. If it weren't for her, I would've taken my business elsewhere from the get-go. I understand we all have bad days at our jobs now and then and sometimes just don't want to go to work, however, the demeanor and attitudes of the front desk staff are CONTINUOUSLY deplorable and outright rude! Absolutely no bedside manners, friendliness or warmth whatsoever. I walk out of there each time scratching my head as to why I keep coming back, constantly feeling demeaned - I'm just about done with this bunch. Awful, awful experience each time. My only wish at this point is that Dr.Johnson would give her notice and work elsewhere. My first visit to my child's amazing dentist a couple of months ago was the complete opposite and made me realize how bad this lot at Redhawk really are. The dentist's office had happy, friendly (even if they didn't feel that way on that particular day) staff. What a difference. Shame on you, Redhawk Pediatric Partners!
