I personally thought there could have a few more colour selections for the regular polish as I wasn't able to find the colors I wanted. Don't get me wrong they have a wall of colors but I guess the colors I like aren't popular here. Anyways I still found a pretty pink shade. The pedicure was nice and average nothing outstanding but met expectations. Also everything is cleaned between use as I saw them clean and sanitized after each person during my visit. The manicure was pretty good. Lots of gel colours to choose from and I got simple mail art which they also did a good job. Service was fine but slightly slow based on my experience. I was there for an hour and 20 mins. Prices were on par with other salons. Quality was good. Also they gave me a loyalty card, 6 stamps to 10% off as well as a hand lotion. Thinking that's a holiday freebie? Anyways really nice place.

First of all they called to change appointment time which was not a big deal we went in early. Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.

I've been coming to this location for years and have accumulated enough points for at least two free manicure/pedicure services. I will not be returning to use them. Over the years, I've found the staff consistently unfriendly and the quality of service subpar. On multiple occasions, I've had to ask for basic parts of the service to be completed, such as having my cuticles properly pushed back. When I made these requests, I was sometimes met with an uncomfortable prolonged stare before the request was carried out in a noticeably aggressive manner. Despite being a long-term customer, I rarely left feeling that I received exactly what I asked for. I continued returning largely because I had accumulated points through their rewards program, but I've reached the point where even free services are not worth the experience. What has been particularly upsetting is the difference I've observed in how I was treated compared with other customers. For example, I watched staff warmly wish other clients "Merry Christmas" or "Happy New Year." When I offered the same greeting, I received responses such as, "Yeah, OK." They had attempted to overcharge me, and I have a habit of parking right in front of the door for easy access into the salon and when I would challenge them on the price showing them that it's not what's listed on their website and that I had respected the boundaries of the service They would look at the car that I was driving then look me up and down multiple times and in a very passive aggressive manner say "OK fine for you cheap". As a Black customer, after years of experiences like these, I came away feeling that I was treated differently and received a lower standard of service. I cannot speak to anyone else's experience, but I personally would not recommend this salon to other Black customers based on how I was treated. It is unfortunate because I remained a customer for years and gave this location many opportunities to provide a better experience. I won't be returning.

I do not want to play the race card, but there's definitely a discrimination that I'm Chinese. Everytime I come here, i feel like they treat me crappy versus some others right infront of me. Today I had it was my final draw. I got in first, sat down first all they switched me 2 times to different seat. I was ready to start a technician she already was ready to go, two other people came in after me and they made me switch. I was pissed at this point. You don't do that. What happened to first come first serve? if they had an appointment, she shouldn't have taken me in the first place she should have waited for the client. If she didnt have it booked, then more reason for her that she shouldn't have taken her when I"ve already sat down in the seat. The other technicain also did a horrible job with a simple shellac, no nail cutting was done she didn't ask how I would like my nails shaped. Worst service ever, will not be going back ever. I wish I can give them zero.

I was on a phone call but Raymond (my tech) handed me color options and led me to my seat to get settled. Once I was off we enjoyed a chat and ended up doing some fun designs on my nails! He's great, friendly and the 1-2 min massage at the end was perfect (lately I find most nail techs skimping or even skipping any form of massage altogether). Highly recommend, i will definitely return when I'm in town.
