First of all they called to change appointment time which was not a big deal we went in early. Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.

There are free parking on the street or additional parking in the lot at the back. I opted for a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. I personally thought there could have a few more colour selections for the regular polish as I wasn't able to find the colors I wanted. Don't get me wrong they have a wall of colors but I guess the colors I like aren't popular here. Anyways I still found a pretty pink shade. The pedicure was nice and average nothing outstanding but met expectations. Also everything is cleaned between use as I saw them clean and sanitized after each person during my visit. The manicure was pretty good. Lots of gel colours to choose from and I got simple mail art which they also did a good job. Service was fine but slightly slow based on my experience. I was there for an hour and 20 mins. Prices were on par with other salons. Quality was good. Also they gave me a loyalty card, 6 stamps to 10% off as well as a hand lotion. Thinking that's a holiday freebie? Anyways really nice place.

They ended up soaking my hands in nail polish remover without using foil to individually wrap and after 3-4 minutes only he started to wipe it off and then file away the polish. He said he would do it little bit so won't damage my nails but it is damaged regardless. I go home and my nails are thin and brittle. What happened to taking the proper time to soaking it off? Can't recommend them
