Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.

Then when I pulled out my phone and showed her I confirmed the appointment she then switched up and said it was her mistake but still wouldn't take me and told me to come back 5 HOURS LATER? Mind you I sent the design I wanted 5 days earlier on IG, there is no one there who can do the design. The woman doing my nails did not know how to not only to the design but kept messing up my French tip too? I honestly have never been ostracized and treated like that before. It was absolutely rude and uncalled for. Honestly, they will be reported to the CRA for tax evasion as well. They will give you a discount for cash payments and overcharge for tax if you use a card. Absolutely ridiculous. They smooshed TWO of my nails (I did NOT move) and they refused to fix them. Also, they dropped a bunch of white power on my nails and then painted it in. Fucking ridiculous.
