I am a first time home buyer and just used Rich last week on the inspection for my (almost) home!…read moreHe was recommended by my agent who works with him a lot. I was beyond satisfied with his work. First, he fit me in the morning after I called for an appointment. He was extremely thorough - taking a lot of time to examine every inch of the place. My fear was that an inspector may rush or miss something (which had recently happened to my brother) but that was not the case! In short, he really knew his stuff! And not only was he very knowledgeable in pointing out any issues, he also had great suggestions for solutions, both cheap short-term solutions and larger fixes down the road. I left with having a full understanding on the house for immediate decisions and shortly after had a full length report that I can use for my fixes. Plus, he was extremely friendly and a joy to chat with! I would 100% recommend Rich to everyone!

We hired Jon to install cabinet pulls on our new cabinets and did an amazing job! He was prompt,…read moreprofessional, and nice. Our cabinets are extra thick (Lafata) so the standard screws didn't fit and he had to improvise by removing the fronts of each drawer and cut the screws that were too long before he was even able to install the handles. We have 47 cabinets and drawers in our kitchen alone. He did all of this without complaining and even though it tripled the amount of time he had to put into the project he still charged us a very fair price! Before he left I asked if he knew how to put the mailbox in ( the one that you have to dig a post hole for) and he did that for us too! Jon is a lifesaver! We plan to hire him for several more projects in the very near future I'll be telling everyone I know about his work
