Being a homeowner, one of the horrible tasks you MUST do is clean your gutters. My Husband and I…read morehave done it a few times in the past, and it was horrible. It took us all day, and I was worried my ever clumsy Hubs would end up falling off the ladder. I found Summit's website and requested a quote. I was promptly called back with a price and I hired him right away. ( Ken was the ONLY gutter cleaner to call me back within a few days, I had people calling me 2 weeks after requesting a quote, Ken called the next business day!) I have hired Ken to clean my gutters two years in a row, and I will use him over and over again!! $60 to have someone else clean the gutters, clean up the mess, and NOT have to worry about my Husband getting on a ladder....SOLD!! The first time I hired him, I was home when he came, and I never heard a peep! ( I was supposed to be at work,, but ended up staying home) I heard the invoice being placed in the door and he was gone! He was done and gone before i knew it!! This last time I hired him, I received a call letting me know they were done, and I was promptly e-mailed an invoice! I love his work, and will hire him again and again!! And his prices are very reasonable...if you think about....$60 for saving you a whole days work is not bad at all.

We had an excellent experience with Total House Inspection. Our inspector, John Reed, provided…read moreoutstanding service--he was professional, extremely thorough, and took plenty of time to walk us through his findings and answer our questions. He did a great job explaining what was important without making minor issues seem bigger than they were. He didn't try to find reasons for us not to move forward with the home: he gave us a fair-minded assessment based on his findings. The quality of the inspection was excellent. We added the sewer scope and radon testing, and I'm very glad we did. The inspection and resulting report were comprehensive and gave us a much better understanding of the home we're purchasing. I also thought the value was excellent. Given how significant a home purchase is, the cost was very reasonable for the level of detail, expertise, and peace of mind we received. I would highly recommend Total House Inspection, and especially John, to anyone buying a home. Great service, excellent quality, and well worth the investment.

When a business makes a mistake, owns it and fixes it you know it is a good business to work with…read more Joe the owner contacted me and apologized for the gutter cleaning situation (they had had similar complaints from this specific crew leader that is no longer with the company). Joe offered to refund my money but since I was in the market for a new window cleaner I asked if instead I could appy that to my windows being cleaned. Joe himself came out with Jason and really went above and BEYOND to remedy this situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Dave and his staff refuse to honor agreements. His carpet work is fantastic, but his hardwood…read morerefinishing is not. They insisted they could not sand areas of my flooring, so we did it ourselves so that he would finish staining. They put down stain and varnish without filling cracks, they did not sand all areas. Varnish bubbled and had to be refinished multiple times and then they put varnish over paint drips and buffed to a full haze. Refusing to pay until they correct their mistakes results in their placing a lien on your home even when you have paid for all other correctly performed services. Do not trust this owner Dave, as he does not honor his agreements, causes you multiple delays in service and results in dispute. Avoid this business.

Bob was super patient with us while picking out flooring for our home, came out to measure, and kept us in the loop during the entire process. Was super informative as to our choices, what would work material wise and what wouldn't, etc, as we'd never gone through the floor buying process before. We've now gone back to him twice, and are about to go back for a third time for our kitchen floor. I can not recommend SFC more. The install guys were courteous, clean and professional as well. Overall, excellent experience that'll keep us coming back.
