It is a rare circumstance a boiler that switches over to a cooling system in summer. I would think a inspector would be curious about unknown things or at minimum suggest to have it further inspected by an expert. The bottom line is the condo is a restoration project with walls down in 4 rooms. I can not move into and is taking months & extra resources before I can move into. We had the pleasure of working with Richard not once, but twice…read more He saved us from making a VERY expensive mistake back when we were trying to buy a home when realtors were not deemed essential and you were somehow expected to buy a house sight unseen. He never voiced his own opinion, rather he gave us factual evidence of what was up to code, what was not, and what needed work and when. He is very thorough in his inspection, as well as in his documentation. After the inspection he went through every single last thing with us, and it was all saved in a really cool template that I believe he designed. It just made so much sense, and we could access all this informatio again after sleeping on it. Richard is professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and has this whole customer service thing down. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he will find you an expert who does. None of his recommendations have let us down yet. Richard provided us with the experience I wish everyone buying a home for the first time had. I HIGHLY recommend his services without any reservation. You won't be disappointed.
