He understood and sent over the quote. I reviewed and approved it right away as the price was quite acceptable. Jackson arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. He pointed out the good and the bad about the gutters, which we appreciated as we bought the house during the winter while there was significant snow on the roof so the home inspector could not do a complete inspection. We wound up asking him to provide a quote on a few extra services that we will be interested in him doing later this summer. Overall, we were very satisfied and look forward to working with Jackson again.

Should I move my down spouts or keep them where they are? Decision-decisions. One quote was $3300 for 5 in. with no leaf filters. The other two were both $2200 for the same service. I decided to go with what I currently have - 5 in. gutters with no leaf filter. After two weeks of thought, I hired Go Gutters. They were more professional with their quote and provided a sense if expediency. The scheduling was prompt - only three days after I accepted their quote. They arrived at the time agreed and began the work. I would periodically step outside and ask questions and they were more than happy to answer. They took a one hour break only 1.5 hours after arrival, which caused concern because I needed to leave my home at a certain time. Needless to say, the work was finished timely. However there were a few disappointments. They left debris from my gutters on the roof, on my lawn, and in my flower bed. They also left small parts of the gutter material on my property. The most disappointing part of the service is that one of my down spouts was redirected without asking. However, when all is said and done, I am overall satisfied with the services from Go Gutters. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.
