I could tell that Jon was going to do a great job with our home inspection during my first call to inquire about his services. He spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently walking me through his process, common home issues, and optional services (e.g. lead testing). My hunch turned out to be correct as Jon spent over 3 hours performing a thorough and comprehensive inspection of our home, picking out things we didn't and would have never noticed on our own. Jon is very thorough and trust worthy. He's helped out of so many jams. From electrical to plumbing, it seems he knows everything. He even told me why my Weber gas grill isn't getting as hot as it should. I respect his perspective and trust him to such a degree that I had him do our home inspection.
