We have been shopping for a house for a while, and Vince provided two house inspections. He was referred by a family member and by our realtor. We did not buy the first house due to the issues that were discovered from his thorough inspection. We did not feel up to taking on a lot of the needed projects. We purchased the second house with great confidence, again due to his thorough inspection, which indicated we were purchasing a great house with a very short list of needed repairs. I would definitely refer him to a friend. read more

To add to this review we had been smelling gas smell on and off since we moved in and not only they say the gas meter was spiking outside but also inside. There was gas leaking from the furnace and the water heater. read more

Because Vincent missed that my builders reused the old homes foundation and drainage system which caused my basement to flood it's going to cost me $30k to remediate. Stay far away from him. He's a hack!!!! read more

Vincent Cameron is excellent. He has extensive knowledge of not only the worthiness of the house but also the neighborhood. He went far above and beyond for us. He is honest, thorough, reliable and quick. We were able to make a decision with his help immediately. 1000%. read more

Vincent Cameron and Visual Pro Media would be hard to beat at the home inspection game! Vince did the pre purchase inspection for my daughter and my son when they both bought new homes. We were there at both of those inspections and were very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and the clear, detailed explanation afterward. Vince also follows up with a written report complete with photos highlighting areas covered and concerns found. It was only natural that when we decided to buy another house we looked Vince up and had him check the place out! And of course he did his usual thorough job and clearly explained the issues of concern he found. He sat with us as though time were no object, answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us. Without reservation we would recommend Vince and Visual Pro Media, you will not be disappointed! read more

Used VPHI on September 11 for home in Beverly Hills MI. While Vincent was responsive and did a great job on the home inspection, he failed on the sewer line inspection. He charged $150 extra for this service and was only able to get "half-way" through the sewer line. So minimally, half of the price should be refunded, and actually the entire price as I had to hire a qualified plumber to do the job and pay an additional $175. Asked Vincent for a refund and he was silent. read more

Absolute professional, who looks out for his client's best interest. Vincent described his findings throughout and let us know on the spot what we were purchasing. The written report was over 200 pages!!! I loved how easy scheduling was and upfront front pricing was a bonus. Visual Pro is our go to home inspection company from now on. read more

We had Vincent inspect our home earlier in the year. Since this was the first house we have bought, we were nervous throughout the whole process. This is where Vincent's professionalism was exemplified. He spend time after his inspection was complete, walking us through his entire inspection and helping us understand the work he had done. If this wasn't enough, when I emailed him on Sunday evening, he called me back to discuss the concern I had. Not only was he a true professional, he actually cared about us and took the time to respond off hours to a concern we had. Thank you Vincent! read more

I hate to be leaving a non favorable review, as Mr Cameron was prompt and polite, but he unbelievably missed three gas leaks in our utility room. I'm definitely learning from this moment as I smelled something funny and faint in the utility room when we toured the house but never imagined it was gas. Next time I'll speak up instead of trusting the expert. Makes me worry about what else he missed that we'll be surprised with - feels like it could be anything! Also he was unable to do a sewer scope as his camera broke. Should have been a red flag that he showed up to inspection without a mask. I hired him when my preferred inspector got covid, and won't be doing it again. read more

Thank you to Vince and his team for giving us the confidence to proceed with the purchase of our new home! It was so easy to book our inspection through VPHI's user-friendly website. Vince and his team showed up on time with all of the tools necessary to conduct a thorough and complete inspection. They spent a considerable amount of time indoors and outdoors - which made for a complete and detailed inspection report. We entered the purchase stage with confidence and knew exactly what things would need repair etc. Thank you Vince and team! read more

Vince was easy and efficient to work with! He is also very fun and welcoming as a person. Would highly recommend! read more

Vincent and his partner were polite and professional. They completed a thorough inspection, taking pictures of everything in the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I very much appreciated the time Vincent took after the inspection to summarize his findings, explain things I didn't understand, and gave me a better picture about the timeline/cost estimate of hypothetical projects. He has also helpfully responded to communications after the inspection. I feel that this company went above and beyond my expectations, and would absolutely recommend them to others. read more

We had Vincent from VPHI perform a home inspection for us on a house we were interested in purchasing. He was extremely thorough and very accommodating - it was obvious he really knows his stuff. Vincent was friendly, professional, and very quick to respond, provide an estimate, schedule the inspection, and provide the report. He's been. Pleasure to communicate with and is always available for follow-up questions and "if I were you" advice. His report was incredibly detailed, almost 100 pages long. He provided recommended maintenance plans for areas that were not quite issues and when there was an issue he indicated very clear how it should be resolved. I'd recommend Vincent to anyone in the Metro Detroit area who needs a home inspected. His prices are very reasonable too! read more

Vince was recommended to me by an attorney friend of mine and on that basis we hired him to inspect a home in Bloomfield Village. Vince was fantastic! He was great to work with and his inspection was head and shoulders above any other home inspector we've ever hired in the past. His inspection and report contain incredible detail and it was amazing to me how much he was able to find all the good bad and ugly about this home. Thanks to Vance we were knowledgeable buyers and he helped prevent us from making a bad deal. I wholeheartedly recommend Visual Pro Inspections to anyone looking to buy a home! read more

We used Visual Pro for two home inspections. Based on his report for the first home, we ultimately decided not to proceed with the purchase. He saved us a fortune on potential mold remediation costs in both the attic and basement. For our most recent inspection, he made us feel confident with the purchase of the home. Throughout the entire process, Vincent was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. He was helpful and very easy to contact. His reports ranged from 80-100 pages long; the reports included pictures and detailed explanations of the condition of each part of the home. He took the time to speak with us personally about any issues and also provided personal recommendations for repairs, etc. The home inspection is probably one of the most important steps when buying a house & I would definitely recommend using Visual Pro for inspections if you want the job done right. Thanks Vincent!! read more

Vincent could not make life any easier! Hubby and I were excited to have an offer accepted on a beautiful house! Once we sent back all the paperwork, it was 8 or so at night on a Tuesday... we left a vm and sent a text with all the requested information. Within 15-20, Vincent called back, he was helpful, explained the process, and booked us that Friday first thing in the morning. He mentioned he would be at the house for about 5 hours or so and we wouldn't need to be there the entire time. We showed up a couple of hours after him so we could plan out the changes we wanted to make and walk the property. We could not ask for a more helpful, knowledgeable and thorough job. He did not leave any stone unturned! The same evening, we had a summary list of the items that needed immediate attention and a over 100 page document with pictures of everything. We also requested a radon test for an additional price. .. glad we did! He found radon at high levels! We know know we need a radon mitigation system for an extra cost. Vincent also provided contractors that can help fix everything he found. He is highly recommended! You will not be unhappy! read more
