"Fantastic service! Never worked with a more friendly and efficient company! The crew were wonderful. One of the areas they repaired termite damage was to a ledge located on the outside by our kitchen window, they could'nt guarranty if they wouldn't break any of the tile pieces covering the ledge, not only did they do an outstanding job they didn't break one piece of tile. I had a termite problem for years and it they created a lot of termite damage over those years. I also found out I had a Dry rot issue I did not know about either. They were very professional from the start. They walked me around the house and showed me all the termite and fungus damage. They were very affordable and made me feel comfortable about choosing their company. They fixed everything and painted the wood to match. Jimmy and Jose came out on time and replaced: a very large 6x12x10 beam, post trim that was completely eaten away by termites and damaged fascia boards. This is bs company. They were hired to clear termites from our house and instead of doing what they were co reacted to do they left the tent on for an extra 3 days. Even objected extra chemical so we would be arrested if we removed the tent ourselves. And then they closed for the weekend. No one to contact. F-ed up our entire move. We had a recent termite inspection and to no surprise we had a lot of termite damage. Peartree Construction was recommended to us to repair all the wood damaged. They did an outstanding job. Sean, the owner was most impressive from start to finish. He explained what work needed to be completed and scheduled the specific dates they would start and finish the job. He even came back himself to inspect the work done and added a few minor additions to make the job up to his personal satisfaction. His quote we think was reasonable and fair and the workmanship was excellent. His workers were very polite, and left our house tidy and picked up. We highly recommend them. I have every confidence in Sean's integrity as he always works hard to be sure that the job is as perfect as possible. We had a situation where some work had to be redone that was NOT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THEY HAD DONE. None the less, Sean had his workers come out and make things right at their own expense. Use another company. These guys quoted us 3 hours worth of work and were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Maybe this is common of pest control companies but they prey on Sellers who need their home to pass inspection. $300+ for 2 squirts of epoxy? Really? read more

This is a mixed score. The tenting for termites was done well. They came when promised and had the tent off earlier than they said they would. Prior to tenting, they promised, and did not deliver, that they would remove dry rot around the roof overhang, replace with new boards, and paint, if we left paint for them, which we did. We had to call them to return to the house to paint the roof overhang. They came out the next day and painted a small section, left for another job, and never returned. We ended up painting ourselves and they would not credit us. Our Realtor went back and forth with them, until we finally gave up. It is hard to believe a company like this treats their customers in this manner. Since they didn't do what they promised, a company that cares about its customers would have taken care of this problem, one way or another. Would we recommend this company? For tenting, yes...for everything else, no. read more
