If you are familiar with Doral, the plaza that this location is in is easy to find. It's located…read morefar in the corner within the plaza. It would be wise to remember the number, so that it'll help you locate it. I got there earlier than my scheduled exam and I didn't have to wait which I appreciated. There were two workers present and initially when I got there, the female was a tad bit drier than the dude. Sometimes I wonder if people think that if you're being polite to them that that somehow translates to you trying to suck up to them. I just never understood the unpleasantries of some people. Anywho as someone else said in their review, I was asked to remove my sleeveless, short Jean vest that didn't have any pockets. I honestly forgot and had I remembered I wouldn't have even work it. I guess they assumed I was going to pull something out of the seams of the vest. I was given a locker to place my belongings in and was then escorted into the testing room. Aside of the fact that I had to remove my jacket and the employee unpleasantness, I also didn't like the fact that they are constantly in and out of the testing room. Allowing people to step out to get water, cleaning off the computers, answering questions, etc. I get it some of these things cannot be helped but they have to understand that these are also distractions and annoying. Perhaps they should invest in some soundproof headphones for people that would like them. If you're wondering, yes I passed my test. So this review isn't because of that. As I was leaving the female may have had her coffee or something and was a little nicer. She even cracked a joke. Overall it wasn't a bad location. Could it use some improvements? Of course. Would I come here again? Probably.

I attempted the Real Estate Broker State Exam with Pearson Vue (online), I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!…read more I should have decided to go in person. The online testing is the not very competent. Glitches in the program, the Procter literally does what he or she feels like doing. You can't see the Procter; he responds when he wants; if he response. I requested the whiteboard to be operational for my math since it was minimized at its largest form, and I did not receive help. After approximately (20) twenty minutes I received a chat asking if I was there. As I continued to try writing back in the greyed-out screen. What they did was somehow submit my exam on my behalf without my consent. My test time starting was supposed to be at 2pm EST for 240minutes which translates the ending time to be approximately 6pm if you are lucking and do not have any inconveniences (I had inconveniences). At 2:26pm EST I called them to notify them my online computer connection was frozen, and then at around or before 4pm again. No reply, what they did instead was terminate my exam and submit my incomplete score of 69 as completed and FAILED. I had ample time to complete the incomplete, but the system had the system greyed-out and no access to my whiteboard (no pencil, pen or paper allowed). I've complained, waiting for a second reply :(

I came to Pearson Vue Test Center to test for my Florida 2-15 license. By registering online I was able to find this center to complete the exam. The letter stated to come thirty minutes prior to the exam which was scheduled at 8am. I showed up well before that, however, there was a sign on the door that read "open at 7:45am". I know it's only 15 minutes, but it was early and you're super anxious and just want this over with. The space has two rooms. The waiting area and the test room. You're given a paper to read the rules and regulations of the test. You're given a lock to put your belongings in. My tip- bring only your license and car keys with you. The less the better. You cannot wear a hat to take the exam and if you wear glasses, they inspect them. Inspector Gadget I am not. Once you verify who you are and what test you're taking you get your photo taken, sign in and are taken to the computer that you'll test on. The exam room was fine, however, it was a little noisy. They do offer you ear plugs if you want them, but even so, the sounds from outside are really loud- there were a lot of freight trucks going by and inside there was a lot of in and out from the others who were taking diffferent exams. The associates who worked there were friendly. If you needed help they were able to assist. My advice is just go in and don't budge until you're completely finished so you have no issue.

I looked online and…read morethis was one of the closest testing sites, so I scheduled my test for a Saturday afternoon in November. The place is a little hidden, just north of Commercial Blvd. & east of I 95. The building is not well marked; there is no sign that says "testing" or Pearson, and at first I thought maybe I was at the wrong place because the parking lot was empty. I went up to the front door and it was locked however there was an electronic door answering system. I searched Pearson Vue, dialed and a gentleman answered. He explained how to enter the building and also instructed me that I needed to go to the bathroom and wash my hands prior to entering the office. I was a little surprised that the bathroom was such a mess because the building is locked. It was a hallway bathroom for all the tenants and guests of the building but it was really gross and did not look like it had been attended to for several hours. After washing my hands I walked down the hallway to the Pearson Vue office. They seem to be taking every safety precaution, and there was a plastic sheet separating visitors from the staff. They also had lots of hand sanitizer. I was instructed to show ID, take off my glasses for inspection, and empty my pockets, I also had my picture taken and I had to pat myself down and lift up my hair so they could check the back of my neck. I get it that they are trying to be very secure however I did not appreciate the attitude of Richard behind the desk. He was very condescending and talked to me as if I was a child. I noticed that he also talked in a very "scolding" manner to the other 2 women who were there to take tests. I think he thought he was being funny, but it just adds to the stress of someone who is getting ready to take an important test. Right before going into the testing room; I was issued a locker and given a key so that I could store my purse or any other personal items during the test. I was led by a woman into the testing center. She also offered me earplugs and sanitary covers for the headphones that were at each station. I was glad I had those because toward the end of my test there was someone who was typing very loudly very close to me. At the start of the test there is a computer tutorial that lasts about 10 minutes. I found the tutorial to be very helpful, and the actual test was very easy to complete. It always tells you how many minutes you have left and what number question you were on. You are also able to go back and check your answers at anytime throughout the test. I used all my time to go back & check my work and I was thrilled that I was told I passed and handed an "unofficial score report" as I exited the testing room. I retrieved my items from the locker without a hitch. Overall it is a pretty good place to take a test; especially since there don't seem to be many options around.

I am submitting this complaint to formally document egregious misconduct, deliberate humiliation,…read moreand abusive behavior by administrative staff at the Pearson VUE testing center in Boynton Beach on the date of my 2044 licensing exam. What occurred was not a matter of rudeness or poor customer service. It was intentional degradation carried out by a testing administrator in a position of authority, and it represents a serious failure of professionalism, ethics, and oversight. From the moment I arrived, the administrative staff exhibited hostility, indifference, and contempt. There was no attempt to maintain a neutral or respectful testing environment. The atmosphere was cold, dismissive, and openly adversarial -- entirely inappropriate for a professional licensing facility. The most disturbing and unacceptable conduct occurred at the conclusion of my exam. The testing administrator forcefully slammed my exam result face-down on the counter and then laughed. This was not nervous laughter, misunderstanding, or misinterpretation. It was mocking, deliberate, and degrading. The action was performed in a manner that made clear the administrator found my distress and outcome amusing. This conduct constitutes abuse of authority. A testing administrator is entrusted with safeguarding fairness, neutrality, and psychological safety during a high-stakes licensing process. Instead, I was subjected to humiliation by someone who clearly felt empowered to demean a candidate without consequence. Licensing exams directly affect employment, income, and livelihood. For staff to mock a test-taker at the moment results are delivered is cruel, unethical, and indefensible. It raises serious concerns about the culture, training, and supervision at this location -- and whether similar treatment has been inflicted on other candidates. This incident warrants immediate internal escalation, including: * Identification of the testing administrator involved * Review of surveillance footage and front-desk camera audio * Examination of prior complaints at this location * Mandatory retraining or disciplinary action * Written acknowledgment of corrective measures taken If Pearson VUE allows staff to demean candidates without accountability, then the integrity of the testing process itself is compromised. This behavior exposes the organization to reputational, regulatory, and legal risk. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and handled at the corporate compliance level, not dismissed or minimized. I request written confirmation that this matter is under formal review. No individual seeking licensure should ever be subjected to humiliation by the very institution tasked with administering professional examinations. What occurred at the Boynton Beach location was unacceptable, and it must be addressed.

I recently took two licensing tests (3-4.5 hour tests) a week apart at SFS and found the experience and atmosphere to be much more chill and relaxed compared to the actual Pearson Vue Testing Centers in Deerfield and Plantation. Since Covid, they've expanded their testing centers to more third party sites and I believe this is one of them. They still follow all of the testing rules and regulations but dividers between test takers are made of gator board, and I think the little wooden chair I got for the first test has seen better days. That said, I actually prefer it because the low key atmosphere relieved my testing anxiety. The testing facilitators are also super nice. Check in upstairs. Testing room downstairs with a moderator in the room who's on his laptop basically the entire time. Your belongings are locked in a bag that sits at your desk instead of in a locker. You can hear people entering/exiting the room/building (beeps) and getting up to use the restroom. Definitely not quiet but ear plugs and hand sanitizer are provided. Upstairs bathroom didn't lock. Downstairs bathroom locks. I got dropped off/picked up so parking wasn't an issue, but parking isn't available at the facility. I actually walked next door to Gordon food service store next door to make it easier getting picked up because their space is so awkward. They have a cool mural where I'm guessing the staff or building tenants park. Also found a used needle on the ground while waiting to get picked up the first time and got to watch kayakers go by to destress after my test. Overall though I didn't feel unsafe as I was aware of my surroundings. I hope Pearson continues to offer this testing center as an alternative to their Deerfield and Plantation location.
