We spend "just" the right amount of time at each school to give the students the information they need to begin to think about their school choices. Seth is very knowledgeable about each school and the admissions process in general. He provides activities to keep the students engaged. We also appreciate that he adds fun activities to the trip such as bowling and visiting the state Capitol. Each night the hotel accommodations are excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional, as well as very reasonably priced. Our son was able to join a number of other college-bound students in a well-organized tour. They visited several Florida colleges, both public and private, and had the benefit of receiving knowledge that we, as parents, quite frankly do not have. All of them seemed like they were there for the right reason but they were mostly inexperienced and left as soon as they could, either due to low pay or abuse by the owner. It quickly became clear that ethical medial practice was compromised by profit. While there I heard repeated accusations by staff of abuse by the owner, saw them allow clients who threatened to rape other clients stay as long as their parents still sent checks, and they ignored serious drug addictions, choosing to treat them with in house with outpatient therapy rather than referring them to more intensive therapy at another facility. At least one woman died from this. Do not send your children here.

She then got off of my back and pressed her elbows into my shoulders. She started to work on my arms and pulled them so hard I yanked them away from her. After 30 minutes of torture, I got off the table and questioned where she learned massage and asked to see her certification from the state of Florida. Of course, she spoke little English, and only told me she went to "school" at this spa. I got dressed and the receptionist asked me if I didn't like the pressure. I told her the girl had no skill nor technique, and , again asked to see her certificate, which no one seemed to be able to produce. Needless to say, I refused to pay. How can they get away with this, I have no idea. This was the second time I visited, the first time I was unhappy, but thought maybe I just got someone who was not experienced, and decided to give them another chance. What a waste of my time. Looking back, I should have insisted on taking the girl's name. I would have definitely reported them to the BBB.
