She told me it has to be or it won't work. She laughed every time I jumped. I knew it didn't feel right, and sure enough, I have burns on my back from the heated glass. I called and told them about it, was told to text them a picture, which I did, with no response. I am going to investigate whether the massage "therapist" who did the treatment is licensed to do cupping or not. I told her numerous times it was way too hot and that it hurt. The red circles in the picture are normal for cupping. The burn is not.

A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. So, note that once back near and/or in your room that the staff communicates in hushed whispers. I wasn't quite sure when the appointment was to start and finish. I feel like I blinked and it over.
