Amazing bagels! Delicious coffee! I love the maple latte this time of year. Yum! Staff is always friendly and smiling, too.

What a fantastic bakery! I stopped by on a weekend day to get some bagels. When my boyfriend and I arrived, they were about 30 minutes from closing time so pickings were slim, which was totally understandable. Thankfully, they had a decent selection of bagels left so we grabbed a half dozen and the specialty sticky bun, which was Gingerbread. We also ordered a coffee and cappuccino. The owner made our coffees and told us she threw in some extra bagels since it was the end of the day. She also threw in a muffin too. That was incredibly generous and kind of her! The bagels were awesome. They had a nice crunch on the outside and good chew. The sticky bun was Challah based so it was doughy and delicious. Our coffees were also fantastic too. I'll definitely be returning and stopping by earlier next time to get more things before they run out. Pearl's is such a great spot in Albany!

Food: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5 Parking: Available Food: Great variety of bagels with delicious options to choose from. Spread inside was generous, but the toasted bagels were very hard to chew. Service: The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Ambience: A cute, cozy spot in a peaceful neighborhood, though there's no seating available, making it more of a grab-and-go location.

Have heard such great things about Pearl's from many friends and colleagues. A coworkers brought some bagels in a while ago and everyone (I mean EVERYONE) asked him where they were from. His answer: Pearl's. Today, I finally stopped in after a friend recommended that I go try the chicken or the egg breakfast sandwich. The store is located in a small plaza with ample parking which was nice. It wasn't too busy when I first got there but a line started to grow a bit later as people trickled in. The staff were super friendly and patient as I looked over the menu. I got the chicken or the egg breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel and a coconut latte with oat milk. The food didn't take too long to come out. The space itself isn't the biggest but it's aesthetically pleasing and well kept so no complaints at all. When I opened the bagel I had to let out a chuckle at how big the chicken cutlet is. Definitely a 10/10 for bot taste and value. The sandwich and the latte together were around $20 including a small tip. I'm not complaining since the sandwich was packed with protein and delicious. I ended up saving the other half for lunch. The latte was also solid. I certainly get the hype for Pearl's!

I recently have had the pleasure of a NYC bagel and was craving it. After a bit of research this place came highly recommended. The bagel itself was just okay and pretty thin. The cream cheese was definitely the star of the show, it was delicious. I also ordered a iced dirty chai and that was honestly one of the best I've ever had. This is a great spot for when you are wanting a bagel and some good coffee but if you are looking for a fix close to a NYC bagel, it isn't close. But the cream cheese was fantastic and comparable. The service was quick despite a line, there is no seating it is just a counter. The inside was nicely decorated and was a nice vibe.

An everything bagel with lox but they forgot the lox.

I asked my wife to get me an everything bagel with lox , capers and onions as we have had good experiences there in the past. Not today however. There was absolutely no lox on the bagel at all. How hard is it to fill a simple order ? We will not be back.

Wonderful little local business serving up fresh bagels with lots of delicious toppings! The bagels are made daily and they are very good! They also have these little tiny pastry things that are hard to resist! I don't remember what they are called but they are there in the case. I wish they had seating, that's my only complaint.

Pearl's is right next to Spinners pizza on Whitehall Ave in Albany. I am reluctantly posting this review because this local business needs our support but my hesitation is because I don't want to make the line any longer than it already is, haha. You need to get up early for the full selection. I've woken up late and they were nearly out of these fresh baked beauties. They have other items like brioche buns for sandwiches but the bagels are so nice and chewy I don't want to compromise and can't because every bagel is accidentally vegan and the brioche contains egg (traditionally, I have not confirmed here). I was totally impressed with the plant-based/vegan options on their menu. Just like Spinners a few doors down, they are really opening up the options in Albany for plant-based foods. Both our sandwiches were really good. They have plant-based meats available, JUST egg substitute, and vegan cheese and cream cheese. Totally worth waking up just a bit earlier to get in line and bring home breakfast. No dining in available, just get in, place your order and get out. They'll call your name through the pick up window when your order is ready! I highly recommend Pearl's Bagels!

Consistently excellent bagels. Be warned it's a small shop. Don't let lines bother you. A true gem!

Meh bagels. Great exterior chewiness, but the interior collapses the minute you spread the cream cheese.

Pearl's is the place to go if you're looking for good bagels. But don't tell too many people. The lines are long enough already.

I placed an order at the counter to eat in, an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, untoasted, and a side of home fries. It was only $7, which felt like a steal once it was placed in front of me. I was really happy they offered an egg everything bagel because they have been a favorite lately. The bagel was really good, a little average, but very enjoyable. I appreciated the thick schemer of cream cheese, and it tasted like they mixed it up in house. The side of home fries was massive! They were nice and soft but still crispy on the edges, I added some salt pepper and hot sauce at the table and they were perfect. They offer a ton of different breakfast and lunch options. I will definitely come back to try something else. This location is very convenient, especially with all of the doctor's offices near by.
