Our visit was in regards to a sty .....wait for it.....that just won't die. We walked in on Halloween of all days and we're pleased to get an appointment quickly. The staff were all dressed up and gave the kids a great welcome as well as helping Momma set the appointment up with great care. We waited in a private sitting area that offered a wide variety of drinks, books and television for the clients. Once called into meet with the Doctor the staff helped wrangle the kid patient with their treats and smiles before the Dr. arrived moments later. We could not have been more pleased with our check up and left with an above average understanding of what we were dealing with and a progressive plan of how to deal with it. A. couple of weeks ago I finally gave up on Hakim and / or Sonia to provide a regular service so went to another optician to beg them to help me as I could not see properly with $1200 worth of glasses, which the receptionist upsold me on the lenses telling me I had had the same before. when the optician at the new store looked at my glasses she could not believe how badly they had been adjusted. after she adjusted them it was the first time I have been able to clearly see with these glasses. It appears that this company is only there to sell glasses not provide service. If you want good service give this store a wide berth.
