They claim to have a "satisfaction guarantee" but when there's a problem, they'll say anything and everything to convince you that the substandard product they've provided is really ok, really the best they can do. And there's no option of getting your money back. My glasses have a ridiculous white outline around the lenses that make me look like some kind of reverse racoon girl. Pearle Vision assures me they look "good", that they would not be improved by replacing the lenses as per their guarantee. Take my advice and get your glasses somewhere else.
