I don't know how anyone's giving this place low ratings , my daughter was extremely comfortable, they were friendly , welcoming, OFFERED promotions I wasn't aware of and saved me hundreds . They genuinely cared how to apply the insurance and cash payments to endure I got the full possible savings, they actually pronounced my child's name correctly , for once I felt my daughter was a patient not a business transaction , this place is delightful and I will continue to use this establishment because we have went a LOT of places over the years for medical related issues and getting her new glasses literally was a breath of fresh air.... This eye center is located in a strip mall and it is smaller than most stand alone centers. That being said, it has a large selection of women's frames. I did not notice if the men's selection was as vast. The youth selection was on the back wall and it seemed adequate. The problem was customer service. Yes, I was greeted when I came in - didn't have much choice - the desk was very close to the door. However, when I said I was looking for frames, the lady pointed to the wall. She never got out of her chair to assist. Nor did she say goodbye when I left. read more

The receptionist is a dumb ass! Specifically scheduled an appointment for 4 pm and she calls me to confirm the appointment for 3:30 pm tomorrow. She SCREWED up and to top it off she tells me she will call me back after speaking to the doctor which she did but, did not admit to her SCREW UP NOR set me up for another appointment. So I ordered some glasses with prescription 3 weeks ago, which I specified that I needed the glasses ASAP which actually took 2 weeks, ok fine, only to find out that when my glasses came back, my lens where to small. What's insane is that no one called to tell me, I had to find out myself. So I called again today for someone to tell me that my glasses would be ready today. I asked for my prescription before leaving and the young lady provided me somebody else's script the same name different address. I called a week later and she apoligized said she will email it to me. She emailed me but no attachment. Had to call again and she apologized again and finally attached the file. To make matters worse I called the same day my husband was going to pick up his glasses/contacts and asked them if my glasses were ready as well. The young lady Gezelle said it's not there pick up on Monday I mind you it was Saturday. I was ok but when my husband went to pick up his glasses/contacts he inquired about mine as well. He said we went the same day it should both be ready. I guess somebody checked and it was there. My thing is, why lie to me? Are they that lazy that they can't check if it's there? Oh and not to mention since my husband and I were both getting contacts/glasses they separated us. I'm under my husband's insurance so when they ran my eligibility it said I wasn't eligible because they ran his first. Why wouldn't they wait for both of us together is beyond me.
