We remodeled our house (2 bathrooms and kitchen). Jacob and Ori went above and beyond to finish as quickly as possible. Any issues that appeared were addressed without discussion. The quality of their work is very high and they really care about doing things well. In terms of price, I would say they are on the higher end, but if you can afford them, they are worth it. My wife and I are extremely happy and the house looks stunning!! read more

I wanted to Pearl Remodeling know how pleased we are with the work done at our Thousand Oaks home. The master bathroom renovation was so well done by wonderful people, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel when you step in there. Ori and his crew were efficient, diligent and hardworking from the start of the paperwork all the way thru punchlist. The professionalism expended by you and your employees, especially Ori and of course Ramon, reflects well on your company. It was pleasant doing business with Pearl Remodeling. read more

I called Pearl actually based off excellent reviews here on Yelp. They put me in touch with Gal and 6 months later, I had a new house! Gal and his team were great - I actually had no problems (which for those of you who have done major or even minor renos can attest that never happens). I literally gutted the house - turned three rooms into an open floor plan, added two bathrooms, upgraded my entire master suite, new kitchen - literally the works. I really could not be happier with my experience at Pearl and with Gal! read more

My husband and I bought a 1500 sq ft, 3 bedroom/3bathroom house in Altadena. It had been a rental for 20 years and it was in bad shape. We hired Pearl Remodelling to renovate the house and we are so happy that we did. Gal and Cesar (our foreman) were a pleasure to work with. We completely remodelled the bathrooms and the kitchen and put in new laminate flooring and are really pleased with the results. Gal is a high energy person and kept on top of schedule. Bouncing ideas off of him helped improve our plan for the house. Cesar is very knowledgeable and his crew did a meticulous job. Any time we noticed something we didn't like, Cesar and the crew came back to fix it. They didn't stop until we were completely satisfied! read more

We can't say enough how very happy we are with Pearl Remodeling! They turned our unused garage space into an absolutely beautiful 1 bedroom, 3/4 bathroom, with kitchen legal Accessory Dwelling Unit in only 3 months! Please see the video as words can't describe how amazing it turned out. It's now going to be rented right away. We're very happy with how Ori and Ron communicated everything through the whole process with us every step of the way! We highly recommend them for your ADU build. Thanks so much guys! read more

We are very pleased with pearl remodeling. Jacob came to me with a competitive estimate and he was able to point out in detail the things that would be required to remodel our driveway. We worked on the driveway as well as widen the curb. Well he encountered some obstacles in obtaining the permit for widening both areas, since culver city has certain restrictions that Los Angeles does not. However he was able to make a few changes and obtain the permit. He did have to go back 4 times though, but he did it. In the meantime he brought in samples. Again another obstacle because the color and company we wanted to use to get the pavers from would delay the work three weeks. So we went with another company who had immediate stock, he made suggestions on mixing paver colors to almost match the look that we wanted. As soon as the permit was obtained, it only took them 6 working days, from demo to cement to finish the job. We had pavers put in our driveway. The workers did a fantastic job I must say. They worked ceaselessly for two days in hot summer heat to lay down the gravel, sand and pavers. A couple more days to put in the polymeric sand and sealer. One more day to redo the apron on the street. The finished work looks like a plaza where we should dance and party! Everything needs to dry and cure so really we can't park on it for another 6 days, but in the mean time it looks beautiful. Pearl is wonderful in that Jacob is very responsive to my texts or calls, he deals with problems without much delay, and he does the job efficiently and reliably. My sister also had pavers done with a much less reliable AND cheaper contractor, and she is still waiting for him to finish, and it hasn't been sealed. Thanks Pearl for a wonderful job! read more

To say that I am pleased with the condo renovation recently performed by Pearl Remodeling is an understatement. Ben Oded and his team were fantastic; both in terms of the quality of their work and the positive/professional attitude they demonstrated along the way. This was my first time taking on a project of this scope and Pearl Remodeling really came through. From my first consult/conversation with Jacob up until the final walk through with Ben, I was treated with respect and made to feel at ease. Most importantly, the finished work looks terrific and I've received countless compliments in recent weeks. I would highly recommend Pearl Remodeling! read more

i got Ron's number through a Friend that just complete his kitchen with them. i called Ron on sunday morning (he really picked up the phone on sunday) and the following afternoon Ken the project manager came over to give me an estimate for my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. i Found both Ken and Ron very professional, customer oriented just not the typical contractor that i dealt with in the past. the price was fair (no the cheapest ) but you know when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys :-)) the guys complete the project on time with no hidden or extra fees. Fair price, excellent job, amazing customer service. Thanks again Ron and Ken Maureen .W. read more

Pearl and Gal were great. They did our ADU from start to finish including architectural drawings and permits. We needed a bathroom remodel and waited till this fall to get it done. Knowing the risk in allowing a crew into our home, the company reassured us that all workers would be consistently masked and would effectively seal themselves off while working. We found this to be 100% true. The work has been completed way beyond our satisfaction and we love our new bathroom/ laundry room combination. Our project manager, Avi Shushan, envisioned exactly what was needed to change an old dilapidated bathroom into a comfortable, bright, efficient room. The company completed the work on time and within budget. We would without hesitation contract again with Pearl Remodeling for our next project and would recommend the company to our friends. read more

Didn't get any service because my job was too small, just small siding repair, but Ron was very gracious and answered my request quickly. He pointed me in the right direction and gave me some good advice. Most contractors will just send you a robo, "Cannot service" message and leave it at that. Ron was kind enough to ACTUALLY talk to me, even though they didn't take such small repair jobs. When I do my bathroom remodels and pool replastering, I will know where to go! read more

The two most important things I look at are good service and great quality. And I got both. I have had my share of experiance with construction companies and this is the first time I was that pleased. After hearing a lot of horror stories from my home-owning friends, I was pretty picky when looking for a company to handle the projects on my new home. I'm so happy that I went with Pearl in the end. I have worked with Marco on two projects this year - remodeling the back room, and redoing all the doors and windows on the house - and I have been thrilled with the results both times. He was very straightforward about the work that needed to be done, and his advice and suggestions about the project were invaluable. i had pearl remodeling come on into my home and remodel all of my bathrooms to make them all look nice and similar because before that, the previous owner had each one looking different. Gal at Pearl Remodeling was knowledgable, detailed, thorough, timely, honest, and respectful from our first meeting, throughout all of his teams work, and beyond the close of the job. Gal was forthcoming with all of the information he had, and reached out (on the spot) for support when he reaches something he's unsure of. Excellent communicator and a man of his word. Pearl Remodeling will be my first call for future projects. Below is a list of the work we did with Pearl Remodeling: Family Room: - level the floor using multiple processes & materials - install tile & new baseboards - remove existing fireplace mantel, convert fireplace to gas, paint inside of fireplace, install gas logs, patch & paint wall around fireplace. Kitchen: - remove old flooring in kitchen and install tile. - there was a leak under our sink, and Gal's team replaced the board inside the kitchen sink cabinet after it was damaged, that was not their responsibility. Full Home: - measure/assist in window order with outside vendor, install new windows and remove the old ones. Even came back after job was completed to swap bathroom windows per our revised request on how they should open (open to center of room instead of open at ends of the room). - install attic insulation read more

We found Pearl Remodeling through the great reviews on Yelp and decided to get an estimate. Marco came over and gave us a free estimate for a bathroom and backyard remodel. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave us some great ideas and we signed the contract on the spot! They completed the bathroom in 2 weeks and the backyard in 1.5 weeks, as promised. The workers were very professional, nice, respectful, and helpful...especially Eric! He always went out of his way to do what we asked and was extremely helpful! Marco constantly checked up on the work that was being done and was always available for consults and any questions we had. He was very flexible and made us feel comfortable and at ease! The final products came out beautiful and nothing short of what we wanted and expected! They also did additional work (without a charge) around the house (fixed up a wall around the fireplace, around a light fixture, around pictures, and patched up some wood flooring, and installed a screen door)!!! We are very happy that we went with Pearl Remodeling and will be hiring them again in the future for other house updates! Thanks Pearl Remodeling for a spa-like bathroom and a brand new backyard!! =) read more

Pearl remodeling is by far honest, punctual and professional. It's always such a crapshoot when trying to hire a contractor or a vendor to bring your project to life. I took a leap of faith with Pearl Remodeling instead of using my old contractor. It was a wise decision. Avi Shushan and I agreed on a consultation visit. He was punctual and he immediately understood my vision. We set out to order appliances and equipment to do a high-end kitchen remodel, and agreed on a start date. With the exception of some hiccups related to delivery of materials, no fault of Avi's nor Pearl, I had the best experience ever in a home project. Despite the issues with supplies, we were still able to complete the project in a timely manner. Avi was always available to answer questions even after hours and on weekends. He made it a point to stop by regularly to make sure I was happy with the progress made. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I give him highest marks on all counts. I will also mention the foreman, Shalom, who made sure to fix any issues he spotted that I hadn't even noticed caused by the previous owner, he was incredibly knowledgeable and alone could do every aspect of the job if so required. Kudos to the Pearl Remodeling team! Thank you for a great experience and rest assured I will employ your services for my next project! read more

While we ended up selecting a different contractor recommended by a good friend of ours, it was not an easy choice since Pearl's Izhak would have been a joy to have manage the remodel. Hired Pearl Remodeling for a 800 sqft addition to our home plus revamp of our existing kitchen. Let me start by saying we love the new addition to our new home and couldn't be happier with the results. Gal and his team were always on time, hit all promised deadlines, communicated with us about all crucial elements and guided us so our vision and personal tastes becomes a reality. The extra addition to our home is now mainly our new Master Suite. Gal was great in guiding us throughout the multilayer process of planning, designing and choosing the right materials. Professionalism, great quality, extra care and high attention to detail are the main things that stand out to me about Gal and his company. Overall all promises and deadlines have exceeded expectations. Very Happy Customer thank you! read more

We had a covered patio installed a few years ago. We decided to interview several contracts to enclose it into a patio room. Ori, from Pearl Remodeling, came to do the estimate. He knew immediately what needed to be done. They don't do just patios but everything you dreamt they can build for you. We also needed to tile the floor and demo the sliding door to open the living room stepping down to the patio room. Thus we didn't need to hire different contractors to accomplish the task. They did an excellent job from start to finish. It took less than 2 weeks for them to order the materials and only took a day to enclose the patio. What took time was when I decided to order the tile myself. The shipping was delayed a week, but once it was delivered, Ori scheduled the demo and tiling immediately. He oversaw the work from start to finish and the final product was exactly what we dreamt seeing. We will definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling to our family and friends. They are true business professionals. read more

We are beyond elated with the work of Pearl Remodeling and I can't speak highly enough about them. We interviewed 9 contractors before deciding Gal was the right professional for the job. Ironically, he was the last person we met. But we knew just from our consultation that he was the right decision. Gal is honest, thorough, professional, detailed and most importantly he takes pride in everything he does. His number one priority is that his client is pleased with his work. One of the many things I admire about Gal is his commitment. No matter what time, even on the weekends he was reachable. He consistently kept us in the loop on timelines, budget and projects. We were in constant communication about our home. His foreman, Ramon was also extremely pleasant to work with. Together, they make such an incredible team. They made the process of renovating our home enjoyable. When they said a project would be completed, they were always on time or ahead of schedule. I really appreciate how much we learned from Pearl Remodeling. They spent the extra time educating us on each step, including city permits, plumbing, electricity, etc. There was total 100% transparency and accountability. I really love the passion Gal has for what he does. His face lights up when he talks about his work. You can tell he enjoys his job and loves his work. During our 8 week remodel we met with Gal weekly to go over each completed and upcoming item. He would also offer insights and design suggestions when we struggled to decide on things. When I couldn't make a decision on a finish, he made sure we didn't lose any time because of it. He thrives on seeing a project from start to finish and the pleased client that comes with it. He is a warm, friendly and sincere person. He was really such a pleasure to work with. We have referred Pearl Remodeling over and over again and we look forward to being repeat customers of theirs. It's with my highest regard we recommend Pearl Remodeling for your remodeling needs. While they renovated our entire home, here are just some of the beautiful work they did in our kitchen, living room and bathroom. read more

Everyone I've interacted with from Pearl Remodeling was super helpful - from my initial phone calls with Jacob and Ron, to my initial in-home meeting with Gal. Pearl Remodeling and our project manager Ben were wonderful for our complete overhaul. We remodeled two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, and most of the electrical and lighting over three months this year and everything was smoother than I imagined it would be. We always knew the cost for each stage and option. Ben made great suggestions along the way as we tweaked our plans. Ben is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The project was actually finished ahead of schedule. At the time of the remodel we were living in Kansas so everything was done from long distance. We traveled to the job site three or four times. In between Ben was amazing about sending pictures clearly marked with options and choices for us to consider, then sending pictures of completed items. During phone calls, Ben was very patient in explaining in detail what was happening and decisions we needed to make. It was nerve racking to do this from afar but we grew to trust Ben completely. read more

Pearl Remodeling transformed our bathroom! We removed part of a wall to join a vanity area with a small bathroom, opening the space into a true master bath. The ceiling work is seamless. We replaced all fixtures and flooring and are thrilled with the result! The workers were respectful of our small space and new infant during construction. They would go so far as to tell us when they were turning on loud equipment to minimize any disturbance. Ishak went with us to choose tile and grout. His recommendation for the backsplash is excellent in the space. Work was completed within the contract time frame although the inspection process took additional weeks to complete. Our project manager was Ishak and foreman was Ceasar. read more

What an impressive "team" starting with the warm and caring Heather, to the focused/get the job done Jacob (owner) to the guy who makes it all happen ... Izhak, who juggled everything and everyone to get the job done. I had water damage and decided to remodel my entire kitchen. Mind you, it all HAD to be done before my daughter's baby shower in 2 1/2 months on Nov 8 (the invitations were already sent!). It was down to the wire (final touches with backsplash while we were putting together our baby shower flower arrangements), But we did it! Izhak was incredibly patient and accommodating even as I stressed him out with my last minute changes. He truly went above and beyond and always did whatever I needed in the warmest manner... After talking to several contractors and kitchen companies to help us with our kitchen remodel and to replace all of the flooring in our downstairs, we decided to go with Pearl Remodeling. Gal took a lot of time to understand what we were looking for and helped us to design the perfect kitchen for our family. I wasn't sure about going with real wood or tile that looked like wood for our flooring and Gal talked us through the pro/con, costs and time involved with both options (we decided on tile due to our dog). The work was completed ahead of schedule and Gal was on top of managing all of the people working on our kitchen to keep the project moving forward - tile, appliances, electrical, plumbing, drywall and painting. All of the work was top quality and the price was very competitive. Best of all, it was very clear that Gal wanted to make sure we were happy and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure he delivered. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and floor and would happily recommend Gal and Pear Remodeling to anyone looking to do repair or remodeling to their home. read more

I bought my first home earlier this year. It needed a lot of work, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed having to look for someone to come in and do the work. I spent a few days researching and interviewing several different contractors because I was very inexperienced and naive as to how a renovation operates and the scale of the work that needed to be done. Gal was the last person I met with, from the 5 different companies that came out to my property. I signed with him that same day, because he was very professional and listened to my ideas and the vision I had for my place. I have to say, I can't imagine having any other person work on the house. From the beginning, he earned my trust by always texting me or emailing me with updates on the progress of the work. He was always honest with me and him and the company did so much to help me achieve the look and design I was going for in my house. Like any other remodel, we faced some obstacles along the way, but he always assured me that we would find a way to still make it all work. And it did. He finished within the time frame he told me (even with the bumps in the road!) and now everyone who comes by my place, has nothing but great things to say about how wonderful the place looks. I still have several ideas and projects down the line for my place, and there is no doubt in my mind, that I will be choosing him to complete the work. In the end, I made a great friend through Gal and Pearl Remodeling and there is no one else I would trust to do any future work on my place than them. read more
