Dr. Pak explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What impressed me most was the care I received afterward. The first antibiotic I was prescribed wasn't working well for me, so I sent Dr. Pak a text. He responded immediately, followed with a phone call by Hector indicating that my new antibiotic prescription was sent to my pharmacy. I decided to pull the tooth to not have to go through that again. I called the office to inform and ask why my root canal became infected and never received a call back. Super unprofessional not to even discuss the matter. Response to owner: I wasn't provided with a follow up appointment after treatment. I paid and the receptionists never informed me to follow up. I also never received a reminder card to folklore up. My dentist also stated your office never followed up. Please provide proof with the reminder card and when I was offered the follow up appointment. I also inquired to discuss with Dr. Nathanial Tsai and never heard back.

Dr. Beachler is just as wonderful, caring, calming, and thorough as many others have described. His front office manager, Jane, and dental assistant, Michelle, are also very helpful and pleasant. They are very professional and clear about what needs to be done and associated costs. The office is extremely clean and well-equipped with modern instruments that made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the 2-hour procedure. ORIGINAL REIVEW: I got my root canal here before my general dentist could place the crown. After the root canal I went back to the general dentist and upon taking X-rays told me the root canal was done improperly and was incomplete. I had to back to Dr. Lin for a second root canal on the same tooth. Upon going back the GP he said it's a little better but he's still not completely satisfied but would "probably be ok". Facing the reality of having to do a third root canal on the same tooth for "probably" not necessary, I did the crown after the 2nd root canal and hoped for the best. Flash forward about six years later and the same tooth got an abscess bleeding out to the gum. Ended up losing the tooth and had to get an implant suffering through more dental procedures and will end up costing almost $9,000 out of my own pocket for all the work to be done diagnosing and treating the problem with three different specialties and doctors. If the tooth couldn't be saved by Dr. Lin he had a duty to tell me that and then I could have gone to a different doctor or had the tooth pulled. Obviously I couldn't go back to Dr. Lin and this practice because he had already proven to me he is incompetent and can't be trusted. I would advise you to avoid this practice based on incompetence, failure at duty of care and the dangerously poor skill of the doctor. I'm filing the appropriate complaints with the licensing and insurance company. If it were up to me, this doctor would have his license revoked.

But, the nearby dr in Orange that I was sent to (& his aggressive, angry staff) was so dreadful on my first visit, that I had to bring a friend to sit in the room & advocate for me.....as I was sobbing with fear as I went back for the second half of the procedure!
