Gary was our landlord for about 2 years. I would say Gary's strengths were quick communication with us and his availability when we needed something. We had a myriad of problems after we moved into our apartment which were not his fault but he moved quickly to fix them. He also made it easy to pay with an online portal and moving in and out was also a breeze. I would say the only issue we had was not so much with Gary but with some of the contractors he sent to our apartment to fix things. These people were sometimes incompetent and had to come back several times to complete the job. At one point I had to personally deal with the HVAC vendor who was sent to our apartment to actually get the job done. In my previous renting experiences, I've never had to work with the contractors sent by my landlord and Gary could work on making that experience more seamless for his renters. read more
