At this point, I'm out the cost of shipping, and my package and its contents are missing. The store itself is unorganized and cluttered, and when issues arise, their customer service is nonexistent. Anyways, the guy at Epic Print Pros down the street did it on their label maker for free in less than 5 minutes while I got to pet the shop dog, Kora. Take your business to Epic Print instead, they'll keep it easy and kind.
