They came out to meet the cats and get the instructions for the meds, etc. and off we went. Our friend noticed that "old cat" wasn't doing so hot, but was unable to leave work to take "old cat" to the vet immediately, so we were about to turn the car around and drive the 300 miles back, rather than finishing our vacation. That's when my wife saw that Kelly's Critters offered pet transportation too. We called and they took "old cat" to the vet and no exaggeration-saved his life. They started some new meds and "old cat" is on the mend. The cute videos they send when they visit are precious. They saved the kitty, and I think they saved my wife's heart and sanity. The quality of care was amazing and we'll definitely use them again.

One of our dogs gets very anxious and aggressive around new people. It takes a long time for him to recognize new people as being safe. One of the caregivers came over for a temperament test and it didn't go well at all. I had high hopes that they could work with him but I quickly realized that they couldn't, and she agreed. The issue is the there is no guarantee that the same sitter will come to your home to watch your pets. I contacted them several months in advance and they still could not work with me to have one person watch my dogs. I understand that this is how they run their business and respect it. That said, I would only recommend them if your dogs are not anxious like mine and are okay with different people coming over to watch them.

They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! If I still had dogs, I would also hire them in a heartbeat! Carroll H. PS Sorry it took me so long to post this, guys!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I made an appointment for 9am with Mary and she did such an excellent job with Buttercup. My baby smells, looks, and (I bet) feels so good! Price wise as well it's very reasonable and time management is handled in a fashionably order. Overall, it took about 2 hours! Definitely recommend.

My husband passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm in June 2023, and I have needed extra help with our dog. Brinkley was my husband's BFF and likewise. We use them for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. Any time we've had the most minuscule issue (not recently) they always listened and addressed it. I trust and love this local family business.

KELLY HOLDING !!!!!!!!!…read more This is, without question, the worst veterinary clinic I have ever encountered. They took a healthy dog and left her permanently mutilated. Because of their incompetence, they removed healthy tissue from her throat during surgery. As a result, my dog now struggles to breathe for the rest of her life. What's even more disgusting is that instead of admitting their mistake, they deny all responsibility, lie, and do everything they can to avoid accountability. There is no honesty, no professionalism, and absolutely no compassion for the animals whose lives they destroy. If you truly love your pet, stay as far away from this clinic as possible. One visit here may ruin your animal's life forever. I wouldn't trust these people with any living creature.

Our dog has separation anxiety and needs someone to sleep with him, in our home, at night. It is really not easy to find someone trustworthy who will do this. We always got texts and picture updates of how our dog was doing (which is amazing when you literally cannot think about anything else when you're gone besides how your pet is doing) and she was just overall great at appeasing my neurotic need to know how my baby was. I would definitely recommend Frances to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to take care of their animal.
