Kelly and her team are extremely dependable and professional, and we never have to worry about leaving our pets at home when they are in their care. Kelly's Kritters has cared for our younger dog since she was a puppy, taking her for weekly walks which we credit for Daisy's near-perfect leash walking skills. Daisy goes walking with the same wonderful woman each week and gets so excited when she comes to visit. We also have an older, very anxious dog, and Kelly's team is very patient and loving to her. We are extremely impressed with (and grateful for) their care for our saltwater aquarium which requires several specific maintenance tasks each day. Kelly's team follows the instructions to a T, alerts us to any issues they notice in the system, and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure things are running correctly. We travel often for hockey and because it costs so much to kennel 2 dogs, the family has often split for the weekend so someone could stay with the dogs. The dogs are 13 and 10, so putting them in stressful situations like a kennel isn't ideal. I used Kelly's in house dog sitting this past weekend and what a wonderful experience! We didn't have to drop the dogs off, they stayed in the comfort of their own home and we knew they were happy from the video updates. When we came home we didn't have to worry about pick up times and they didn't stink from being in the kennel. To top it off, it cost half the amount of taking them to the kennel. Cathy took care of our two greyhounds for 3 days, including overnights, and she did an excellent job! The video updates with each visit were detailed and informative, and we could tell the boys were enjoying her company. And more to the point, when we came home, they were well-adjusted and behaved as if we'd never left at all. Which is quite a difference from the last time we boarded one of them (before we had two). He came back depressed and just wasn't himself for about a week. Not the case this time with Kelly's Kritters taking care of them--they were happy boys, indeed, and we were just as happy! I love this service and all of their pet sitters. We tried this for the first time as opposed to boarding our 2 dogs at the veterinarian. We were gone for a week and it was during the dog flu outbreak in Wake Co. As fur baby parents we were so happy when we got home to happy healthy pups.
