I heard it was pretty pricey, but I thought I should give it a shot. I got layers and a cut from Jen, who was a complete doll. She was super personable and did a great job with my hair. The only issue is that I don't think I communicated what I wanted very well. I wanted a trim and a slight cut, but she ended up chopping off about 7 inches (Don't worry, I had it to spare. My hair is still shoulder length after the cut). I wasn't so sure about it after I left, but now that it's been a few days, I can tell that Jen really knew what she was doing and I'm very happy with the changes.
