I paid for deep cleaning and did not get any of the services that were offered with deep cleaning…read more I had to vacuum and clean my floors myself after they left. Only there for 2 hours. False advertisement and charged for services not given. Would not recommend. Update. The manager contacted me. Was passive aggressively rude. Refused a refund and told me I was basically wrong. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE to the update. I have now been contacted that I had excessive pet hair and it's their policy not to clean that. So seems the story changes by the hour. I have a 2 month old kitten who weighs about a pound so he must just be shedding everywhere in the three weeks I've had him. What a joke!!! Basically their deep cleaning feature is just something to make you pay over $200 for subpar work. They will not complete the items the promise on their website and then make up random lies to defend why they won't refund money for services not completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. With any business. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly when you question it then I'd choose this business. The response the owner has given here is completely untrue and ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB for services that were not provided and their response was that they will give me my money back if I removed my reviews from online. Basically extortion. I would rather let them keep every dollar than let them bully me into removing my ACCURATE review of their terrible business.

I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. I would request the two women I had, Ziomara and Janine? (I'm so sorry if I spelled or got them wrong. I'm terrible with remembering names) They went above and beyond. Thank you for making my move in less stressful. I appreciate it!

Am re-reviewing so others have some input besides those the owner didn't remove. As requested by the business in answer to that review, I contacted Servpro (instead of them picking up the phone & calling us) & left a message for Beth to review the email string/pictures of all that went wrong at our house before calling us back. She didn't. She called as we were heading out to see a family member perform at a Boston theater. I accidentally picked up. She didn't want to talk about the FACTS detailed in my review -- only complained about the timing of the review (a year or so after my last email with them that didn't get follow-up. The review was posted when I became aware of Yelp access). I again suggested she go through the emails that were concurrent with the work. She continued to harp on the timing. I reviewed some of the issues we had had. She didn't want to address any of that, kept haranguing me about the time delay in reviewing. I finally hung up. No follow-up by Beth on the CONTENT of my review at all, other than to get the review deleted somehow. The office staff were nice to deal with. The water remediation was good. Hired re: water leaks. Upgraded: a redo of the very small bathroom, out of pocket. Did not get any of the shower/fixtures as preordered, no support bar as ordered, Sheetrock lines/bubbles in paint, etc. Early on, painters completely painted in the door mechanism and painted without smoothing surfaces (said we didn't specifically order smoothing of walls), bubbles & lines, etc. Repainting still left bubbles/sheetrock lines.

Yesterday I paid the non refundable $300 for them to show up to pump some water out of my basement. I specified that I wanted them to bring their van with the commercial pump. Instead they showed up with a shop vac and another machine that broke. I called and complained and they then refused to come back, even said they would not refund the $300. The eventually did. I would not use this Franchisee. I heard many mixed reviews about their service here on Nantucket. PS their crew was super nice.

The service was never provided. Despite multiple requests over the past week, the $150 has not been refunded. Venmo refund requests were declined and the payment was cashed out. Based on my experience, I would not prepay or rely on confirmed appointments.

I made an appointment with the above company on February 19 for a February 28 cleaning. I received…read morea text message at 9pm the night before stating that all appointments have been canceled due to weather. As someone who is a supervisor and leads a team on daily basis, I completely agree on ensuring everyone is safe, especially when weather can be dangerous. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.

We have used Wicked Clean in MA a few times to clean windows, which they do very well…read more Unfortunately, we have also had them address moss that was growing on our roof and most recently to clean our patio pavers and a portion of our fence. First the roof, they did not physically go on the roof to clear the moss, instead they used heavy duty chemicals (mostly chlorine I would guess) and sprayed the roof. The unfortunate part was that the spray also went onto our plants below the roof which were severely burned. They attempted to follow the chemical spray with spraying the plants with water, but in many cases the plants got burned. The plants came back the next year, but we lost a season. The second experience was with the pavers and fence. We were never made aware that they would use chemicals here since when we discussed the service with them it was to have them power wash them. In this case, they used a similar chemical solution as they did on the roof. They did not follow with a straight water rinse on them and as a result our hydrangeas were severely burned with at least one full grown plant not likely to survive. They also got a lot of the chemicals on some ground cover plants that were killed almost instantly. We attempted to get relief from them on the price of the service, and they did rebate a small portion. However, the amount they refunded did not even cover the cost of the replacement costs, let alone the labor to have them planted. I do not complain on the efforts of the person performing the service. He worked very hard and was a pleasure to work with. I think that they just have trained the service people to perform these services this way. Their pricing for doing windows is fair, but the price for the other services (roof, pavers and fence) are very expensive. Even more so when you have to replace plants that they devastated or destroyed. Sorry to say, we are not likely to use them again for any services in the future.
