We have used Wicked Clean in MA a few times to clean windows, which they do very well. Unfortunately, we have also had them address moss that was growing on our roof and most recently to clean our patio pavers and a portion of our fence. First the roof, they did not physically go on the roof to clear the moss, instead they used heavy duty chemicals (mostly chlorine I would guess) and sprayed the roof. The unfortunate part was that the spray also went onto our plants below the roof which were severely burned. They attempted to follow the chemical spray with spraying the plants with water, but in many cases the plants got burned. The plants came back the next year, but we lost a season. The second experience was with the pavers and fence. We were never made aware that they would use chemicals here since when we discussed the service with them it was to have them power wash them. In this case, they used a similar chemical solution as they did on the roof. They did not follow with a straight water rinse on them and as a result our hydrangeas were severely burned with at least one full grown plant not likely to survive. They also got a lot of the chemicals on some ground cover plants that were killed almost instantly. We attempted to get relief from them on the price of the service, and they did rebate a small portion. However, the amount they refunded did not even cover the cost of the replacement costs, let alone the labor to have them planted. I do not complain on the efforts of the person performing the service. He worked very hard and was a pleasure to work with. I think that they just have trained the service people to perform these services this way. Their pricing for doing windows is fair, but the price for the other services (roof, pavers and fence) are very expensive. Even more so when you have to replace plants that they devastated or destroyed. Sorry to say, we are not likely to use them again for any services in the future. read more

We have hired Wicked Clean Windows for several years, every fall to clean our windows and check and clean our gutters if needed. The team is professional and respectful and our windows are sparkling! They are also trustworthy, each year they check the gutters and only once have they recommended a cleaning. We were willing to pay for a cleaning every year but they gave us an honest opinion and saved us money. We highly recommend this company! read more

We scheduled a power washing for our colonial home, roof (lichen removal) and window washing, inside and out. The crew arrived on time, very organized and efficient. I requested an estimate based on a brochure I received in the mail advertising 30 windows, interior, and exterior, for $199 before June 30 ($6.63 per window). BOTH sides of the brochure featured pictures of windows exactly like the windows in my house (as does their Yelp ad). My estimate came back over $12 per window. When questioned, I was told their brochure was inaccurate because it wasn't supposed to advertise both interior and exterior AND my windows would be extra because they are 6 over 6 panes...exactly what's advertised on their brochure. When I pointed both out, I was basically told tough luck. I've taken advantage of this advertised special before, and these "restrictions" did not apply. Looks as though they got a better response than expected and reneged on their advertising. Shady business practice. In response to WC response: Absolutely untrue. You have offered this special before, and I've had you here twice to wash specific windows, inside and out. I've never had you wash the 12 12/12 windows in front of my house. I've only had the back windows done, as for some reason that's where the grime builds up. The back windows are all either 6/6 panes, sliders, or bow windows for which I've paid accordingly. At no time have I ever had just the outside washed and have never paid $12 per window. The photo on your advertising mailer accurately reflects what the majority of windows in my home look like. read more

If I could give NO stars, I would. We hired this horribly unethical company to clean our exterior windows this month (October 2022) and they damaged 15 of our brand new windows + flooded a portion of our basement. When we contacted them for assistance on the damage they caused, they first sent 2 technicians out to evaluate - both men confirmed they caused the multiple damaged windows. Then when pushed for resolution, this unethical company responded that they had nothing to do with the damage (these windows were brand new and in pristine condition). I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing litigation against this horrible company. DO NOT USE Wicked Clean. read more

Very poor service. I had my house and windows washed. The front of the house actually looked worse after they were done! Not only did they leave patches of dirt and grime, but it was also all streaked from top to bottom where the dirty water ran down and wasn't even rinsed. When I called them the next day, they told me it was likely just oxidized vinyl and there was nothing you can do about that. I sent them 10 pictures, and again, they said it was oxidized vinyl and it would not come off. My husband went out and used a basic house wash from Home Depot and washed off the lower part of the house, where he could reach, and it came right off. I emailed them explaining that it was not oxidized vinyl and how my husband easily removed all the dirt on the bottom of the house and they never got back to me! The windows also have a dried on white solution running down the outside that was also never rinsed off! Total waste of money since we have to redo it! Because of their poor service, several of my neighbors, who were going to use them, saw the poor quality of work and have hired another contractor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I had Wicked Clean do my windows (3) days ago and they did a fabulous job! They were right on time, both guys introduced themselves and could not have been nicer or more respectful. My windows are very difficult to clean because they are mostly (8x11") panes and are old. I waited till the sun came out to do this review so I could see the streaks if there were any, none, clear as can be. Thank you Derrick, Franklin and of course Wicked Clean. Was not impressed with my first comtact .the first call to set up for an appt....was hug up on because i guess i asked to many questions....finally got a appt for a estimate. The sales rep was late and not professional in any way shape or form..was not very knowledgeable about the products and seemed irritated by my questions... Unfortunately, I wrote a review last year and gave 5 stars. I was so happy that I told everyone. What a difference a year makes. The new people were not thorough and bit deceptive. I mentioned my disappointment to the company and never heard back. I will not be using them again. Just a follow up phone call to hear my concern would have been nice. read more

They have done our windows and I would always recommend them as the best for this type of work. We just had them clean and treat the entire the barn and house cedar roofs of lichen and moss . it was a big job, well worth the investment to preserve the roof material.The roofs look like new. Beautiful work, and great customer service. read more

I can't tell you how impressed I am with Wicked Clean. We have an old house with a lot of really dirty windows. Jamie and Ben showed up on time, worked a 12 hour day and came back the next to finish up. They were extremely professional and my windows and sills are now meticulously clean. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the near future. read more

I am so unimpressed with this company. They showed up late, rushed through the job as fast as they could - over 60 windows in 1.5 hours - and left us with dirty windows. When I mentioned to them that the sills were still dirty and the minute it rains that dirt will be all over the windows, they said that is how they do it. Several windows still have dirt on them and screens have spider webs. My husband also found that they completely missed our basement windows on the side of the house. To pour salt into the wound, two of our hydrangea plants have several broken branches because their worker trampled them! They left their dirty rags sprawled across our patio and we are finding broken parts of window screens. This is absolutely unacceptable. I do not want anyone from their company near my home again. I chose them because of decent reviews and their quote was better than other companies. Never again. Stay away from them unless you want shoddy workmanship. read more

I will start by saying something positive: we hired Wick Clean to clean moss off our roof. The process they used seemed to have worked. Here is the negative part: the cleaning liquid they used flowed down the down spouts and burned the grass underneath plus the liquid flowed off the garage roof and completely killed an entire area of bushes and plants. All of this could have been prevented if they had just put down tarps to protect the grass and plant life. When I complained about the damage, they came by for a site visit and refunded a small part of our payment. They weren't particularly nice or professional about it, however, and claimed that they didn't know how it could happen. This company is sloppy and not professional. How hard is it to put down tarps to protect grass and bushes? So, yes, they cleaned up the moss on the roofs but I would not hire them again. read more

Wicked clean is our regular window and deck cleaner. They are reliable, trustworthy and very capable. I know my house will be cared for as they clean, and if anything has to be moved to give them access to windows, they carefully put everything back. They are as good as it gets! read more

I had my gutters cleaned last week. I was told that I would receive an email telling when they would be coming but they showed up on a Saturday. He gave me an estimate for the silver gutter cleaning which meant they bagged and carried away the debris. They charged me $200 which is more than I have ever paid ($90-$120) but I wanted it done and it is late in the season. They were at my house under 15 minutes told me it was done. I asked if they flushed the gutters? he said oh no we could hear the water running down, why bother with the hose. When I went outside I saw muck all over my deck, I climbed up on a ladder and took a look in the gutters which were clean of leaves but full of muck! I was not pleased. Will not hire them again. $200 for 15 minutes of mediocre work. read more

Two thumbs down for Wicked Clean. Would give them negative stars if I could. It was like this was their very first job. Multiple email conversations over the past month about the power washing we needed done. Technician began cleaning and within 20 minutes said he had to stop because he didn't have the correct cleaning product. Said he was leaving to go get the correct one. Never came back! Office Manager called over an hour later to say that the Technician made himself sick from the cleaning fluid that HE brought. Asked Office Manager to please send someone else with the correct cleaning fluid ASAP. Never heard back from her. read more

This team of window cleaners is proficient, friendly and respectful of the customer's property. They arrive on time and, working quickly in booties, the guys are neat and thorough. Had the guys from Wicked Clean do our windows and gutters last month - they were awesome! Did a really nice job without cutting corners, were courteous, prompt, and professional. We had more windows than I realized when I did my original estimate count, but they walked me through everything and were very transparent in their figures. I felt good about the service going into it, and they did not disappoint. The windows were washed thoroughly and came out looking great. And the pricing on their gutters was very competitive, especially for the full service they offer. I really came away impressed, and will be planning on using them on a go forward basis. They have other services too, which seem reasonable and I'll post again if I use them for it (namely the deck washing). I have very high expectations of vendors, especially ones I let into my house! I can definitely say I felt good having worked with the team here, very impressed. Don't hesitate to check them out - I think you will find them to be great too! read more
