However, Michelle and Tommy specifically were kind, understanding, and apologetic about the wait. Both helped me with my paint and explained things thoroughly. Companies like this need to revaluate who they give manager positions because clearly they think they are exempt from working for Sherwin Williams.

Fridge arrived that we purchased new here at Lowe's and it was a terrible installation first time…read more After the first delivery crew left the fridge was unbalanced, doors were unleveled, the plastic is damaged on side of fridge and the water dispenser kept dripping. Called customer care for help and they told me to exchange. Another hour of my time gone. New crew calls me 2 days later for delivery of exchange. No text sequence for notice of delivery like first time. Calls me to tell me they are here. They come in and tell me first delivery crew did not install correctly. The water dispenser has air and is the reason for dripping water. If the first crew had done the job correctly, it would have not needed exchange. A waste of my time and the second crew was informative and helpful cleaning up the mess the first crew made.
