On the hunt for some electrolyte indulgence I could not believe my eyes at the selection of Powerade and Gatorade on hand. Still a bit in the "sickness fog" I really took my time pouring over all the colors, sizes, and the many many flavor options. While I found my personal faves (orange fans holla!) I could not believe the combinations available (mango pina colada and lime cucumber were the ones that jumped out at me the most). Aside from the coolers this store is stacked with quick eats, donuts, and other convenience store staples. They also have gas pumps so if you ask me it's really a one stop shop. The staff are friendly and engaging which is always a bonus in my book. Should there have been less trash and frozen clothing on the perimeter of the building I most definitely would have awarded this business more stars.

I got the Italian (added mayo), and the first thing I noticed was how tender the bread was - crispy without being tough or chewy. The flavors of each meat were clearly, pleasantly evident. The veggies and condiments applied were, as clichéd as it sounds, perfectly complementary. I found it to be incredibly satisfying. And to top it all off, there was parking that was close. That being said, it is a real shame they have not followed the lead of a major national competitor and removed the sale of cigarettes from their supposed health oriented business plan. They have filled all three levels of this former bookstore facility. The basement level is the vitamin, supplements, first aid and quasi medical supplies that you would find in other chains, offering both national brands and private store brands. Plenty of sizes available which seems to be a failing of the big groceries and discount box stores. There is no prescription pharmacy at this location. Being adjacent to campus, they are serving a population that generally receives University healthcare which includes their own, and very affordable pharmacy. The main level still sells CU gear as before along with school supplies, tech accessories and gift items. There is a grocery section including refrigerated and freezer cases of convenience foods. The upper mezzanine level includes beauty, personal care and household cleaning supplies. On opening day, there was plenty of staff and checkouts on the main floor and the mezzanine. I doubt they will maintain so much staff unless they attract a larger number of customers. The prices are higher than you would find at a destination big box but if you sign up for rewards membership, it becomes far more competitive. This is true of all such health chains. Today my member savings was over $8. Get rid of the cigarettes and I will go up a star!

I had never been in before so this gave me plenty of opportunity to see what they had. A few minutes later after the previous customer was done checking out, I was helped immediately. I knew what I wanted when I came in so that was very helpful. I ended up choosing the Mighty vape, which is killer if you can afford it. They were able to match the price online (Saving $100) and she even gave me a in depth explanation of how everything on it worked, including the cleaning process (which kind of sucks, but is also worth it). In the end, she even threw in a nice carrying case for free to help keep my expensive new vape in condition in case the worst happened. Flash forward about a week, when I went to register the unit (which you can't do) I found that the in order to take advantage of their warranty, you simply need to have the original receipt of purchase and as long as it's still in the warranty window they will replace or repair the unit. I however had lost the original receipt and when I went back to Mile High Pipes they were easily and happily able to reprint my receipt. Overall, my experience with shops in Boulder has been horrible, full of snobby yuppies or people who just don't care and I must say this store is definitely not one of them! Oh and for those old reviewers, having 3 friends post fake reviews even though they weren't the customers is nothing short of complete Bush League cry baby B.S. The terminal I was at worked properly, didn't have any long needless delays in processing, and given the layout being in a long row instead of a weird L shape or otherwise packed together, navigating into the pump was painless and quick.
