The kicker is, this man is such an idiot, he overfilled his own tank at his own home that on the first warm day this spring (2022), the LP expanded s & blew his valve, literally! This stopped traffic in the canyon for a good while, our VFD was dispatched & this moron lost all his stolen propane! He was also verbally abusive to my spouse & yelled at her multiple times because our tank was supposed to be 10' or closer to the house. True, but only for new tanks added after a certain date. Regarding other people's complaints, you have to remember that when you are in the mountains, things don't always happen as fast as you might have been used to elsewhere. Running an efficient and cost-effective business sometimes may mean putting orders together in a batch to save on trips. The fleet is not big enough to keep up with the service needs of its customers to include pre-scheduled deliveries, without finding yourself waiting more than two weeks past the scheduled date, leaving you and your family at risk of running out of heat and hot water and high risk of frozen pipes. Their customer service at least TRIES very hard to help you but you can hear their own frustration in their voice toward their own company for not being able to help you. It appears either their delivery manager is not able to keep the orders straight or they need to build their fleet larger before taking on any new customers. I don't recommend this company if you are living in the Fort Collins area.
