I was at PDQ on Saturday June 7th between 3:00-3:30. got mangers special plus had my carpet floor mats cleaned at $2.50 a pop. Front seats abd dash were very clean. When I got back home in Florence Wi, 2 1/2 hours north, I opened my hatch and it was never cleaned! so I checked the back seats. dog hair all over and dirt on the back of the drivers seat where my grandson kicked his feet while driving. this is by far the worst cleaning job ever . I called them and never got a response . horrible! read more

We love our clean freq membership. Had excellent service from Francisco- he noticed tar on the chrome and took extra time to catch that detail. Did such an amazing job- we even tipped! We purchased the Klean-Freq unlimited monthly program for two of our cars. On at least five separate visits the pass has not worked - leaving us stuck in line with other cars behind us waiting. PDQ has apologized and given us credits - but the issues just don't stop. We got our last credit on April 30th, 2021 - but today (May 13th, 2021) the pass didn't work - again I'm stuck inline and ended up going home without a wash. We don't want 'credits' or something 'free' - we just want to pay our monthly fee and have access to get our cars washed. We've talked to managers - We've called the corporate office - no one can seem to remedy this situation. We've even asked for the name of the President of the company so we could write a letter - which we were denied. Very dissatisfied with PDQ Car Wash! read more

long story short got my car washed in may and got home to check and it was left just as dirty as I went in :/ reached out and someone told me they would send out a certificate on june12th. It's now July 13th and nothing. I reached out again and response was they will Check into it and said it was supposed to be sent out mid June .... Still nothing , customer service is not so good these days and it's frustrating knowing that I'm in a customer service job. Best of luck for some good future change for this company. read more

I have a 2014 Nissan Cube and although my car was cleaned very thoroughly I have never left a business so unsatisfied in my entire life. The employees kept making fun of me. Mainly this squirrely blonde girl. I kept seeing them pointing at me and heard one make a remark about how dumb my car looked. My recently divorced ex-husband used to make fun of me all of the time for the Cube, but I really love it and I think its a cool fun and hip car. Plus it gets great gas mileage. One person said they would rather "commit suicide" (i'm paraphrasing) than drive "one of those" referring to my cube. When I asked for my money back the girl at the counter just looked at me confused. I'm pretty sure that my favorite charm (it's of a small cat playing with a bird) fell off of my bracelet and I am afraid to go back to get it because I do not want to face further ridicule. read more

Truck needed a wash, was up sold on the "Premium wash" for $36.00. They spent about 5 minutes on my vehicle. They did a poor job. They didn't remove the floor mats and even the spots they did vacuum still had debris. Not sure how you mess up vacuuming... dirty cloths were used on the interior. I had to go back over everything, particularly the windows and windshield. On the exterior, they didn't dry the tires prior to putting on tire shine, then put way too much shine on which then flung onto the sides of the truck when I drove away. 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the free vacuums outside, so I was able to go back over the interior myself after paying $36 for my sub bar wash. Also, the lady at the desk was nice - so there's that. read more

I went to the Northland Ave. location on my lunch hour and to get the "Superior Interior" package. How fancy. Ultimately I am very disappointed. This may be the fastest turnaround on a review from time of the service to the writing of the review (20 minutes). I felt that it's necessary to take the pictures almost immediately after I left as well, so the ones you see were taken in my work's parking lot about 15 minutes after leaving PDQ. I'm not sure if it's just me, but when I spend $45 on their top package, it should leave no doubt in my mind that I got what I paid for. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. There was dirt on the floor between the floor mats, dust on the side of my seats, they didn't move the armrest forward all the way so when it's in my position, the dust underneath is showing, the cleaner they used still hasn't dried in my back seat (will it stain? I don't know, stay tuned), my cupholders were still dirty, and my doors had marks from my passengers feet still. I think they would argue that door cleaning isn't on the list, but why? I'm paying you $45; just wet a paper towel and wipe them. I'm still deciding if I'm going back for my 5 day guarantee because this is ridiculous. I'm also still deciding in whose mind this service (or lack thereof) is acceptable. Clearly, by the other reviews, I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience. Should have listened to the reviews. Terrible service and cleaning. Stopped in here to get a good thorough cleaning inside and out while in town. Inside was terrible. They pushed tire shine and floor mats but neglected everything else. On a side note, their prepaid unlimited package deals are NOT deals. They end up costing more than if you just paid monthly. Of course we are talking pennies. But still, why cost more at all? When I asked the cashier, Kenzie, this, she adamantly told me it adds up to the exact cost whether it's 3 months or up to a year. I told her it was just pennies difference but it still cost more. Literally, she huffed at me, slammed a calculator on the counter and multiplied the $54.99 by 12. She looked stunned! I smiled and said that it comes to $659.88. The prepaid amount for the year is $659.99. She looked at me again, took a moment and said "well, this isn't meant to be a discount service. It's more as a convenience so you don't forget to pay." Obviously. HA!! I'll never go here again. And advise the same if anyone else. read more

I bought a Fathers Day Special So I decided to use on on my wife Van And one on my Truck. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The van had windows that were not cleaned and the back floor was not even vacuumed. Just had my truck washed there again. I try giving the the benefit of the doubt but every time I go there it's worse. Quality of wash is less acceptable every time. You would thing when you get the best wash they offer for $60 they would not halfass it but they continue to prove they will. This time I even pre vacuumed and a few other things but it didn't help. I'm not coming back even if it's for FREE! The most unprofessional carwash business I've ever seen in my life. I spent 30$ "premium" package that I thought would get my car shinny. The moment I got my car back I was furious, it was so dirty and they didn't do anything, they even didn't throw out the garbage was in the car (empty cigarettes packages, Coke can and stuff) when I told them that they told me "you didn't tell us that we should do it". Then why are you here??? After getting them back to clean my car except throwing the garbage I told them they still didn't do nothing even that the car was still dirty like the carpets and there was still coffee stains in the car!! Zero stars. Decreased quality to increase customer rate and profits. No more interior cleanings included in washes. Only a dash wipe and terrible vacuum. Came back to find dirt and an old napkin on my floorboard. When questioned about the floorboard, I was asked "what's that?" Manager was upset I asked a question during her sales pitch. Told me they couldn't find enough employees to keep up with interior washes and other customers complained. After reading all the reviews, I decided not to visit the place for long time. Today I decided to take a chance and took my vehicle to car wash, got manager's special wash. I wanted to give a good review but don't have anything good to say. The car wash at normal fuel station with 5 or 6 $ is better than this managers special wash. After cleaning, I inspected the vehicle, bug marks were still in front of the car all over, Dash board was not cleaned properly, front wind shield was wiped with dirty towel and the visibility through the glass was worse after cleaning the car. I have been going to this place ever since I was 16 and I'm 28 now this place has literally gone down in quality of care. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I choose places like this to clean my car when it is cold enough outdoors for me to not want to do it myself, but the salt buildup on my car has got to go! PDQ was fine. You get what you pay for and I have to say that for the $16-$17 wash I get, the inside of my car is gone over better than I expected. However, when going to car washes like this, I tend to do a quick clean up inside of my car before handing it over. Jusssst in case they feel like cleaning AROUND the gum wrappers instead of tossing them out and cleaning the spot where they lay. ;-) They must hand-pick fresh faced high schoolers to work there because I am always surprised to see them and not the hardened ex-con types that I am used to seeing working at a lot of the car washes. The first time I came here I noticed that whenever my car came into a new room, the lights were on and someone would honk the horn. I also noticed a sign in the windshield. This didn't appear to be a standard practice, so I asked what that was all about. The staff explained that my car's year/make/model is one that has "gotten away from them," in the past by switching gears and going through the bay doors! I can't help but call shenanigans on that one since I had never heard of such a thing, but if it's a safety measure that works for them, it isn't causing me or my car any harm so carry on. Very rude staff. The attendant coming up to get the type of car wash was impatient and rude, immediately open our car door without waiting for us to roll our window down to speak with him. In the middle of speaking with the attendant, he walked away. Will not recommend anyone to come to this location! When we got inside we tried to explain to the cash women what happened, and she goes to accuse us saying that we are yelling at her. No one was yelling at her. She, the cashier women, decided to make a scene herself by making a false accusation (very Karen of her to do so!) Stay away from this PDQ cashwash location by the Fox River Mall! Excellent. Absolutely outstanding. And to think, I ALMOST didn't come here because of a single 1-star review that some guy left. PDQ knows how to take care of your car, plain and simple. From the moment I stepped out of my BMW 528xi, I felt assured that my car was going to be properly cared for. The staff is top notch friendly and detailed. The extra attention and time that was given to my car was so worth the wait. From the hand vacuuming to the hand drying, everything came out looking tremendous. If you drive a car that you love, show it by getting that TLC that PDQ provides. And quite honestly, for paying double the price that you'd pay at a gas station "car wash", you get 10x the quality wash at PDQ. I was there Friday, May 10, 2019, @ 4PM. How in the world do they not vacuum the back? The car that was just wiped down, still had water drops all over the sides, top and back. And as far as the windows are concerned, they must reuse the used towels. Streaks galore! When I spend $50, I expect quality! Apparently, quantity over quality is pushed there. Not at all happy with the service I got at PDQ. I had selected Superior wash and found the quality of cleaning is absolutely NOT up to the mark. My car trunk, dashboard was still dusty after service. They did not clean cup holders and many other spots properly. I will NOT AT ALL recommend anyone PDQ. Waste of money...!!! read more

Very disappointing experience at this business yesterday. From the unhappy person checking me in and the dishonest cashier. I witnessed the cashier writing out personal cards, checking her phone for addresses, getting on her personal computer watching her eat her lunch. Then a customer didn't take his air freshener so he came back up to get it. She tells the customer she took it for herself. So now to the cleaning job... horrible vacuuming job! Sloppy job of wiping down items. I pointed out the chunks left on carpet. The young man asked if I wanted it redone, I had an appointment so wasn't able to get it done. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Went to this location last week and waited in line (1 car ahead of me in the lane I was in) and waited and waited. No one ever came over to the car. They processed 5 cars that arrived after me in the other lane. So I ultimately left. Went back today and ordered the Superior Interior. The instrument panel was not cleaned, not even dusted nor was the console wiped. The seat has spots (cleaner of some kind they must have spilled on it.) I requested that they not use Amor All on top of the dash. Whatever they did instead has left blotches all over it. A HORRIBLE job. Yes, they give you a "Superior Wash Quality Guarantee" but why would one take the time to go back to have them do another sloppy bad job. They should do it right the first time, especially at the price charged! Result: PDQ--a TOTAL waste of money and time! Ultimately I stopped at Menard's, bought some cleaning materials, and spending more time correcting or finishing the job I just paid then to do. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews regarding the Superior Interior service before getting it done. The service costs $45, which is quite a bit to spend on a fancy car wash. On their guarantee card, they boast the Superior Interior as their best wash available, it was horrible. They didn't even OPEN my trunk. It was completely untouched, as were all the sides of the seats. There was just a very quick vacuuming as I watched and then it was ready. It was honestly a much worse job than just a normal vacuuming. I am not one to complain but I'm bringing it back right now, about an hour later, for the guarantee and hopefully they do a better job! Based on my last experience and the non responsive managers and corporate this would be no stars. I was met with attitude and waited over an hour for a basic wash. When I pulled up one of two bays was open. My car was started vacuuming minutes after arrival. Then it sat. After an hour I had to pull out of line to get the inside clean as I was late for another appointment. I simply asked for a refund and no one responds. Got the Superior Interior car wash. Superior is not what I would call it. They vacuumed my car twice and it still looks like they didn't touch it. The manager Shannon needs to work on his customer service skills. He was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to make the situation right. Additionally, the staff were extremely unprofessional. The cashier was eating out of a Tupperware container behind the counter. She talked with a mouth full of food and was quite rude. The employees who do the cleaning were not better. I brought my company vehicle in to be cleaned and for the 3rd time in a row, I was extremely angry with how it turned out! I do not expect perfection but this was incredibly bad. There was so much salt and crumbs left on the carpet. The back seat literally had dust all over the seat, so clearly it was not touched. I bought the most expensive service they had and other then the outside being washed, you wouldn't even know it was "cleaned" My company has 12 vehicles and if this place didn't do such a bad job every time we come in, they would be getting all that business but judging by the other reviews, management must not care about customer satisfaction.
