I had to show that owner I was capable of pulling up into the touch wash safely to get my pass. Since the new owner took over I no longer have privilege to use the touch wash I pay a subscription fee for. In fact, it is now closed most of the time. This is even during business and weekend daytime hours. So I am being forced to use the lesser wash almost every time. They also stopped stocking the vacuum tokens. I am supposed to get one per week. Most of the vacuums don't work, but aren't labeled, so if you do want to use vacuums you can lose money finding out they don't work and no way to get money back. If something doesn't change this month I am canceling my subscription and going to one of the new, state of the art car washes that actually are maintained. Employees have told me the owner now doesn't care that things don't work.

That is until the day I had an issue and was told to basicly go away. I called with an issue I had with a wash and was told to bring in my truck to show them what had happened. I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. First and foremost, the two guys working there today where very helpful and super friendly. That just isn't expected at a car wash! Because this is an express, you pay at a drive through machine outside. I was having a problem with the payment, and a guy came running out to help. Inside, the guy spraying my car told me to have a great day... twice! Little things like this makes me as a customer feel pretty good.... And willing to go back! They didn't remove the floor mats and even the spots they did vacuum still had debris. Not sure how you mess up vacuuming... dirty cloths were used on the interior. I had to go back over everything, particularly the windows and windshield. On the exterior, they didn't dry the tires prior to putting on tire shine, then put way too much shine on which then flung onto the sides of the truck when I drove away. 2 stars instead of just 1 because of the free vacuums outside, so I was able to go back over the interior myself after paying $36 for my sub bar wash. Also, the lady at the desk was nice - so there's that.

I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.
