Got the Superior Interior car wash. Superior is not what I would call it. They vacuumed my car twice and it still looks like they didn't touch it. The manager Shannon needs to work on his customer service skills. He was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to make the situation right. Additionally, the staff were extremely unprofessional. The cashier was eating out of a Tupperware container behind the counter. She talked with a mouth full of food and was quite rude. The employees who do the cleaning were not better. When I pointed out spots they missed with the vacuum, I was told that they couldn't get that. Why did I pay for professional cleaning if they can't even vacuum properly? read more

I brought my company vehicle in to be cleaned and for the 3rd time in a row, I was extremely angry with how it turned out! I do not expect perfection but this was incredibly bad. There was so much salt and crumbs left on the carpet. The back seat literally had dust all over the seat, so clearly it was not touched. I bought the most expensive service they had and other then the outside being washed, you wouldn't even know it was "cleaned" My company has 12 vehicles and if this place didn't do such a bad job every time we come in, they would be getting all that business but judging by the other reviews, management must not care about customer satisfaction. Such a shame... read more

PDQ Appleton on Northland Ave scratched my rear bumper. I talked to the assistant manager and the following day the manager, Brandon Smith. No resolve. Honestly, how many times has a PDQ admitted to a customer that they damaged a car??? Seriously?? I'd bet 0! Should be 0 stars for not owning up to the scratch! read more

Well, this review is for the Northland location, but for some reason they have no page here or on other social media. (525 W. Northland Ave. Appleton, WI). I chose the "Superior Interior" package on our Ford Fiesta, and I guess that means don't clean anything, but pay big money ($42.99+ Tax). The back seat was awful.... wish I could post my pictures of it. Asked employees to fix the issues, and all they did was quickly wipe the drivers side door jams. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a wash in my life. This is not the first issue either. They broke a mirror off my previous car, and all I got was a coupon for a free wash despite the fact the mirror cost $220 to replace. Thought a second chance was worthwhile, but it turns out I got ripped off. Avoid at all cost. read more

Stopped in to buy $80.00 worth of gift certificates. They forgot to give me my credit card back after the transaction. I left without it. Had to go back. They never apologized and just blew me off. Guess I should not expect much. read more

Used to be good but not anymore! They scratch your wheels by slamming them into the track and they scratch your paint with crappy, dirty towels! read more

This place needs to hire people who care more about the quality of their work. Paid $26 for the Manager's Special and for my money I ended up with a steering wheel and instrument panel that weren't wiped, a rear seat area that was not vacuumed or wiped, trash left on the floor, vacuuming throughout was shoddy, etc. What a rip off. I will not be going back to this place. My kids could do a better job. The reason I went to this place was to save myself the time and effort of cleaning my car. Now I have to clean it anyway so what's the point? read more

While looking for a good Car wash, I found PDQ here on yelp. Two reviews, one bad one good. I was very unhappy that the bad reviewer was not told to return for a free redo. As a business owner, I strive to make things right with every customer, that's just good business. Asking the customer to come back and spend more money, giving them another chance to see how good you are is just bad business. read more

Only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option. I paid for the full service and ended up stopping on my way home to re-do the job myself. This isn't the first time either... I won't be coming back. read more

I was very disappointment today! I went to get a car wash this morning (1/11 around 9ish) and I was treated very badly by one of the employees which I believe to be the manager. I'm very used to going to this car wash during the summer and it seemed alright, never had any problems however, this was my first time during the winter and they had a couple of changes made. I wanted exterior and interior cleaning and they thought it was just exterior. I tried to explain to the guy what I wanted but he had a very short temper. I said I could pay the extra dollar or two missing for my interior/ exterior and he said "I know you can then looked away and got pissy. That made me feel very dumb. He said he would clean it with no charge but really they just kinda vacuum a little and didn't do anything major, not even the windows and on top of that he left me standing right there holding my stuff for them to "vacuum". First of all, employees should be able to communicate to the clients when there have been changes made. The only reason why this lack of communication happened was because one of the guys came outside and told me to drive in with my car. So I did. I got in and other employee asked for a receipt. I said I didn't pay anything yet and he asked me which service I wanted and I said the $16 one which was the interior/ exterior that I'm used to getting. He grabbed my card and went to the machine outside to pay and when the exterior was done they told me to go and I said that I wanted interior too and that's when it all begin. I kindly ask to the employees to communicate with their clients about which service they want and what they are looking for. Also, smile every once in a while...it doesn't hurt. read more

Horrible just paid over sixty bucks for a superior interior. You would think with a name like that your doors and seats would get the once over. But nope. That extra money is to wipe off the dash. What a rip off normal was is 29. Stay away I will go to clean water on the other side of town. read more

I wanted for the vehicle to be vacuumed for 20 min. By 2 guys.then after I payed for the wash I waited for over 25 min for the vehicle in front of mine to get wiped off.i finally said I want my vehicle it is like a hour car wash when there not even busy.everone at the car wash was bitching that the wipe over the same area time and time again.it should not take a half hour or more to wipe a vehicle off, lite a fire under those kids, very unhappy read more

Today I went through the PDQ car wash on NORTHLAND in Appleton. My first time with my new vehicle with leather seats. I traveled there since it was somewhat close to my house and I wanted to get there when they opened.I bought the &16.99 package. From the outside the car looked great, but what a disappointment when I went to put a small bag in my car 10 minutes after I left. The back seat was not vacuumed and the front portion of the seat, as well the from seats and around the mats. So now I have to vacuum - and sip down the seats. My advise save your money and do it yourself. I wish I would of read the reviews before I took the time to go over there. read more

I'm not so happy either with PDQ Appleton. Got the superior wash for my wifes little honda civic coupe. They didn't clean the carpet under the mats of the car. I know the carpet doesn't get that dirty with the mats there. But there is still alot of debri that gets down there around the edges of the mats. My trunk was still dirty and the inside of the doors were not wipe down. You think for such a small vehicle it would be easier to clean. I'll give them a try once more. If I don't see improvement there is another place in town that charges a tad bit more but I hear its pretty superior service. read more

i stopped in and had the truck washed this morning. the staff was nice and the process to get in was easy, the problem I have is that the wash does not clean my car well at all, especially the back and the sides. several spots had dirt that was not washed off. if I go back, i will take a towel to wipe the vehicle down after the wash to get it fairly clean. i do not feel I got a value for my money at this car wash. read more
