Given the fact that it was 90's outside and we still had a several more hours of driving over the weekend, we decided to look up a place in Green Bay to see if they could take a look. Auto Select popped up on Yelp and we called. Even though all appointments for that afternoon were booked, they agreed to take a look for us. We got there an hour or so later, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts to wait. About 15-20 minutes later, through the window at our table, we saw one of the mechanics not run but actually SPRINT to the car and pull it up to the garage for service. This place was not lying about their exceptional service. They kept us in the loop via phone about the areas of the car they were inspecting and what the associated costs would be. Ultimately we ended up having to replace the compressor, which was a bummer as it was not cheap, but the price they quoted was fair and we were happy they had the part on hand. All in all, only took 2-3 hours and we were back on our way. AC is working again and we were happy to be kept cool the entire holiday weekend. Thanks Auto-Select! Side note: If you need a place to wait, would recommend Wise Fools Pub down the road. $2 beer on happy hour! Can't beat that price!

Appreciate the entire shopping/negotiating/purchasing experience with the TML Team and would recommend to anyone that wants a good quality vehicle, it's worth the drive. I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck. I brought the truck right away to show Dan and he said that he didn't think it was dented and he felt he could buff out all the rest. He did this for me and didn't charge me an extra penny! That is who Dan is and that is what sets Gracy's auto body apart from the competition! Thanks again Dan! II appreciate you!!
